To aid in describing and correlating the influence of staff nurses to the patients, this study specifically aims to find the answer to the following questions: 1. What are the bedside competencies performed by the staff nurses in relation with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL)? 1. Establishing Therapeutic Communication a. b. c. d. e. f. g. 2.
