ALL maintenance 6MP/MTX adjustments Karina met with outpatient nurses to discuss guidelines etc. Standard guidelines for all and are subject to protocol changes. Mark will take document to physicians for input. Patient Pocket passports There is a draft of this. It needs to be taken to physicians for feedback. Nurses approved Dissemination of information (Mary Ellen Hawkins) Work in progress to get information on AHS website. Met with chief person with web team about a few months ago. Prime information that is important to public. Mostly PR items. Organization information for public. There has been discussion regarding Stollery website, both for public and staff. There is work being done behind the scene with IS to get some sort of Stollery site set up. It looks good that there will be something set up but no real timeline. The present site is a challenge to work around. There was discussion regarding that most childrens hospital sites are geared for adults not necessarily children even though design logo is geared for adults. There is a process in place to have items posted to AHS site. Even when things are added they are not always accessed easily. On AHS website there is a new section called My Health Alberta which some program specific information can be posted. We are encouraged to look through to see if information is accurate or needs updated. Also use my symptom checker is a site that can be used. Hoping to meet with the web person again to discuss how we can go forward. Mary Ellen will bring up our concerns with the web person when then next meet. Fever and neutropenia preprint update Pre Print committee meets Wednesday and they should have a decision in the near future. Roll out in a couple weeks.

Letters to parents to send out to other parents at school. Modification to a letter that is included in the Educating the Child with Cancer book. Outpatient nurses are working on a modified letter.
