PREAMBLE

It provides the justification/purposes/intent/direction/history/rational e/conditions and the like relating to the resolution. Example: Whereas, the Supreme Student Goverment is funding the said event; Whereas, the event will (objective) Whereas, the event will (another objective)

BODY

The main expression and sense of meaning of the resolution. Example: Resolved, approving the release of two thousand pesos (Php 2000.oo) fo the academic festival
