Signs Two or more episodes of vertigo lasting at least 20 minutes each. Tinnitus Temporary hearing loss A feeling of fullness in the ear.

Diagnosis
To rule out that other disease MRI CT

Treatments
Medication: Meclizine, diazepam, glycopyrrolate and lorazepam. Salt restriction and diuretics Other dietary and behavioral changes. Cognitive therapy Injections Pressure pulse treatment Surgery
