Indicative Annual Procurement Plan Template

It is a requirement for each Ministry and District to submit an Annual Procurement Plan (APP) to the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) as part of the budget setting process. Each year MFDP will advise of the due date for submission of the APP. Approaches to the market for the procurements described below are expected to be made in the financial year 20../20.., based on the best information available at the time of completion of this APP. The information given is for planning purposes and is subject to revision or cancellation. It does not constitute a commitment to buy goods, works or services. NOTE: For consistency, all APPs are to be presented in this format although Ministries and Districts are free to include any additional coments they consider necessary. APPS may be completed either as a Word document or in Excel format.
