    APPLICATION

    Zylon UD Liquid imparts superior colour deepening effect due to its property of producing bathochromic shift in reflectance to all kinds of fabrics, especially to polyester woven fabrics.The colour depth can increase by 30-50% compared to the untreated fabric that has dark colours like navy blue or green.Since it also provides silky,soft feel along with depth deepening,additional softening process can be omitted. 1. 100% POLYESTER Zylon UD Liquid 20 30 gms/lit

    GUIDELINES

    Pad with 70 % pick-up at pH 4.5 - 5.5, dry and cure at 180OC for 30 45 secs. 2. POLYESTER/COTTON BLEND Zylon UD Liquid 20 50 gms/lit

    Pad at 70 % pick-up and at pH 4.0 - 5.0, dry and cure at O 180 C for 30 45 secs.
