    Lalu Lakavath, a member of the Lambada Scheduled Tribe community, applied for a land transfer of 3900.15 square yards of land in Chunchupalli Village that he purchased from APIIC for manufacturing fly ash bricks and operating a software consultancy business.     I belong to Lambada (Scheduled Tribe ST) community; I studied Master of Engineering (ME) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. I have purchased an extent of 3900.15 Sq. Yards of Land situated at Chunchupalli Village from APIIC, Khammam for the activities of Manufacturing of the Fly Ash Bricks and Running the Software Consultancy with the Firm name of M/s Abhinav Consultancy, Kothagudem. Since the Land is in Scheduled Area, the APIIC authorities have referred my Form K declaration to your kind authority for issue of Form L. But in the reference cited my request was rejected. In this connection I submit that, I am an educated ST (Lambada) beneficiary and my sale transaction of land from APIIC is genuine. Hence I request the benign collector to reconsider my Form L.
