Becoming an ATS
Criteria for endorsement are based on Section 1.5 of IATAs Dangerous Goods Regulations and IATAs Dangerous Goods Training Standard. Additionally, schools must undergo a rigorous review of teaching materials, tests and instructor credentials. To maintain endorsement, all schools must pass an annual reaccreditation review and may be audited at any time.

The Geneva Training Center is ideally located next to the Airport and within six minutes of the city center by train. 10 state-of-the-art classrooms look over the Geneva airport and Jura mountains.
The Miami Training Center is conveniently located near the airport and Miamis business district. The center hosts two classrooms, a beautiful lake view and is a short fifteen-minute drive to the beach. Courses are delivered in both English and Spanish.

The Singapore Training Center offers five classrooms and is located in the heart of Singapore near hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. Travel from the airport is approximately 30 minutes by taxi and the city center can easily be navigated by public transportation or by foot.
The Beijing Training Center is a modern facility in the heart of Beijings financial district, approximately 30 minutes from the Beijing International Capital Airport. The center hosts five state-of-the-art classrooms; and courses are delivered in both English and Chinese.
The Delhi Training Center is centrally located and hosts two state of the art classrooms within its brand new training facilities. In these difficult economic times it is becoming increasingly important to differentiate one-self, resulting in an ever more specialized global marketplace. Earning a diploma in your respective industry segment will set you apart from the competition as a recognized specialist, increase your efficacy, and keep you on top of the latest techniques and developments in your area of specialization.
ITDI offers a wide range of diplomas covering all segments of the aviation industry. While any course may be taken on a stand-alone basis, we encourage participants to select a program leading to an IATA diploma. It is not necessary to commit to a diploma program at the outset. However, the earlier a diploma program is selected, the sooner IATA can work with you or your employees to help further professional development.
Requirements
The curriculum is based on four courses related to a field or specialization. To obtain a diploma, one must successfully complete all required courses plus elective courses of his or her choice within a period of two years. Required and elective courses that have been successfully completed within the specified time frame may also be applied to a diploma of your choice*.

Registration
Terms and Conditions for Classroom Registration
Registration Deadline
All registrations must be received no later than 21 days prior to the course start date. Late registrations will be accommodated, provided seats are available. Payments must be made without any set-off or counter claim and free of deduction or withholding. If you are required by law to withhold or deduct tax, then the amount of each invoice shall be treated as increased to the extent necessary to ensure that after any withholding or deduction IATA receives a net sum equal to the amount of the invoice.
Payment of fees
Fees are indicated per person and include course tuition and documentation. Fees do not include accommodation, meals or transportation. Fees are payable in US dollars and are published for:

Payment Notice
Complete payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the course (or upon registration, whichever is later), or within 2 weeks of registration for the 20% early bird discount to remain valid. Failing receipt of payment, ITDI reserves the right to deny access to the course. ITDI does not accept cash payment.*

Cancellation Policy
We offer a flexible cancellation policy: The course fee will be fully refundable should your cancellation request be made in writing and received by IATA at least 21 days prior to course commencement. Should IATA receive your cancellation notification less than 21 days prior to course commencement, the course fee will not be refundable. However, a colleague may take your place on the same course, without additional cost, upon written request to IATA at any time. Failure to attend a course for which you have registered, without having given prior notice to IATA (a no-show), will result in the loss of the course fee. In the event of insufficient enrolment, IATA reserves the right to cancel any course 21 days prior to course commencement, in which case course fee is fully refundable. IATA will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by course participants, i.e. air fare or hotel charges.
