The second party seizes all the rights of the property of first party and second party further assures that she will not claim any movable and immovable properties in future and the amount of Rupees One Lakh and 4 Tholas Gold is towards permanent alimony. 6. The first party and second party have signed this Memorandum Of Understanding after reading over the contents and explaining them in vernacular language and signed this Memorandum of Understanding with free will and sound mind on this the 14th day of May, 2012 before the following witnesses.
