As a result our Technical Support Department will be operating beyond regular office hours, 6 days a week. Customer support technicians will be on standby when you need it. If our records are correct, your Maintenance Service Contract with us has expired on Jan. 7th 2008. If you have not sent us your payment, please forward your remittance within 14 days or we will assume you no longer wish to continue your Maintenance Service. After 14 days your Maintenance Service Contract will be terminated, and wish to renew your contract, your membership pricing may change. As our valued client should you decide to terminate your Maintenance Service Contract, we will still provide you the same high quality service but on hourly rate of $75.00 with initial charge of $150.00 for on-site support plus parts if necessary.
