Making healthy choices is an integral part of obtaining a balanced lifestyle. What you fuel your body with (nutrition), how you keep your body fit (activity) and how you handle your emotions (mental) all effect how healthy a person you are or want to become!! This course has touched on multiple aspects of these ideas (i.e.: caloric intake, breakdown of vitamins and minerals, components of fitness, types of activity, stress, leadership, etc). Your task is to show me what you think is a few of the most important concepts that you have learned about and reflect on how those concepts have affected the choices that you have made in regards to your lifestyle. You must choose the top
concepts along with your reflection in an interesting format. You may present this information in a multitude of ways:
Written (i.e.: story, essay) Visual (i.e.: comic strip, front page of a newspaper, poster) Technological (i.e.: website, blog, online poster, power point, video) Oral (i.e.: taped, audacity)
You dont have to choose one of the above feel free to run any ideas by me for approval if you have another creative way for presenting your information.
