To, The D.G.M., RITES LTD., 56, C.R.AVENUE, KOLKATA 700 012 Dear Sir, Sub:-Hindrances due to existing 150 mm dia Water Supply pipe at Silver spring area in between ch. 8000 and ch. 7850 Ref: - Laying of Inlet water line from Ma-er Ghat (Bagbazar) to Dhapa (WTP) Ref: -: i) Work Order NO: DG (WS)/44/2010-11, Dt: 23.08.2010 This is for your kind information that we are at present laying the M.S. Water pipe line at Silver spring area. Now it has been observed that the existing 150 mm dia Water supply pipeline is converging towards the center of the road. As a result, the gap between the water supply pipeline and the existing sewer pipe line is 0.8m to 1.0 m in between ch. 8000 to ch.7850 which makes very difficult to lay our pipeline in that particular stretch. You are hereby requested to shift the 150 mm dia water pipeline for the above mentioned stretch so that we can continue our pipe line work. One alignment drawing showing details of underground utilities are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
