Instruction Manual

Do not use this program without at least one back up release method. Use it only on laptops or computers connected to an UPS system. Test the program before using it on real sessions. What is the Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3?


Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3 is a program designed to perform selfbondage sessions involving forced exercise. A possible session with this program will look like the image above:

A: Fitness machine B: A USB Keyboard. If you make the exercise the keys will be pressed C: A laptop running Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3. It also executes the release method when session ends and the teasing methods when you fail doing the exercise. D: Release method. Key will fall when the computer opens the CD Tray. E: Restrains that keep you tied to the fitness machine F: Microphone or headset. Fitness Unpersonal Trainer can tease you if you make noise during the exercise. G: Teasing method. Ruled by the laptop. Can be electrical teasing, a spaking machine H: A webcam. Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer can take pictures of your session.

To use Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3 you're going to need a laptop running Windows 2000 or above, a Fitness Machine, an USB Keyboard and a teasing method controlled by the computer. The program blocks any forced reboot, and checks the battery level of the laptop. When the battery goes under 20% it will run the desired release method. The program runs a countdown during the Fitness session, when timer arrives to zero the SFUT 1.3 runs the desired release method. The idea is that you tie yourself to a fitness machine ,doing something like:

And put a keyboard under the machine, so when you make the exercise youll press the number keys or the letters keys alternately:

To use the program just double-click on programs icon:

Then the main gui of the program will be on screen:

In this window you can setup the different options of the session. The first input that you find is a link to www.boundanna.com where you will find security tips involving selfbondage.

The first block of options is the one where you can setup how long is going the fitness session going to last (session will finish when a timer ends or when you get the maximum number of teasings setted). This is the first group of options:

The first input field is where you must input how long do you want the fitness session to last in minutes:

If you input 30the program will force you during 30 minutes to do exercise. The minimum value is 1 minute and the maximum valid value is 200 minutes. In this program there is not time addition when you fail doing the exercise, so the session will never last more than the time inputted in this field.

The second option lets you enable/disable a beep during the countdown:

Check the checkbox to activate this feature and the computer will play a beep every second during the countdown. It may be incompatible with activated by sound teasing devices!

The third option let us configure the program to play random timed session:

If you want to play with random time just check the checkbox:

And input the maximum desired time in the main time input:

And input the minimum desired time in the time input of the random field:

In the example above the program will calculate a random time between a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 30 minutes. If you input a minimum higher than the maximum the session will never start!!!

The next option let us configure the warming time:

As the program will tease you when you dont make the exercise and you have to tie yourself yet, when you press the Start Session button there will be a previous countdown before the real one. During this countdown the program will not ask for exercise and it will not tease you if you make noise. You must use this countdown to finish tying yourself and make a little warming up before the real session starts. Is very important to do some warming up before doing exercise!! Later, during the warming countdown, you can increase or decrease the remaining time in case that you finish tying yourself sooner than expected or if you are taking more time than you though.

The next option lets you configure if you want to be teased randomly during the

session even if you are doing the exercise:

If you want to activate this option check the checkbox and select a % of probabilities of being teased every second during the session. You can setup from a 1% of probabilities up to a 25%. Examples of teasing methods controlled by the computer will be explained later.

The next option lets you configure the maximum number of times that you will be

teased:

Every time that you fail doing the exercise or every time that you make a noise louder than a determinate threshold you will be teased by a teasing program. You can set the max number of times that you want to be teased. When you reach that max number of times the session will end and the Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3 will run the desired release program even if the timer of the session hasnt arrived to zero. You can setup a max of 500 teasing per session.

The next option lets you configure the program to play with a random number of

max teasing:

If you want to play with random number of teasing just check the checkbox:

And input the maximum desired number of teasing here:

And input the minimum desired number of teasing here:

In the example above the program will calculate a random number of max teasing allowed between 50 teasing and 200 teasing. If you input a minimum higher than the maximum the session will end as soon as it starts!!!

Setting the teasing method:


When you fail doing the exercise the program will tease you. But, how does the computer teases you? Using an external program and teasing devices. A teasing program can run external teasing devices like electrical buttpluggs:

After the first group of options there is an input where we have to choose what program will tease you when you fail doing the exercise:

Click on the Change button to select what program will be used as teasing method.

When you have selected the desired teasing program you can check that it works as desired clicking on the Test button.

The pogram that you setup for teasing when you fail doin the exercise will be executed when you are randomly teased too. If you do not setup any teasing program youll simply will not be teased when you fail doing the exercise.

Setting the speed of the forced exercise:


Under the input where you choose the teasing method there is an option to setup the speed of the forced exercise:

Depending on the fitness equipment that you are going to use and your skills you can select 4 different speeds of exercise. To check how fast is going to ask you the computer that you make the exercise (alternative click of numbers keys and click on letters keys on a keyboard) press the Test Exercise Speed and youll see how fast is the required speed. You can use different fitness machines to use with the Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3. The only required is that when you make the exercise you Press the letters keys or the number keys of an external keyboard. You can use a stepper like this:

And exercise bike (or elliptical bike):

Configuring the release method:


Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3 lets you choose an external program as release method. This external program can release you from your ties in different ways: Opening a CD Tray:

Moving a servomotor (combined with an Arduino board):

Or maybe a program that moves a vibrator for 5 minutes and then it releases you. You can find examples of releasing programs at the pain.exe and exit.exe post

You can configure what program will be executed when the session ends with this control:

Click on the Change button to get a File dialog where you can choose the desired release program:

When selected the desired program, make sure that it works as you need pressing the Test button. You can play a session without setting any release program. In that case youll have to use a non-computer based released method (as ice melting). Please visit www.boundanna.com to learn more about releases methods and safety tips involving selfbondage.

Configuring final options:


At the bottom left side of the main gui there are two controls to configure the use of a webcam and a microphone during the selfbondage session:

Clicking on the webcam button will open the webcam setup window:

Here the program will prompt you about what video device use and the image settings. When selected, youll get your webcam stream on screen. There have been reported that some webcams are not recognized by the software. Most of the Logitechs webcams works fine for me. (Even a PlayStation 2 Eye Toy have been used) Here you can enable or disable if the program will take pictures of your session.

Check the checkbox and the program will take a picture of you every 20 seconds and every time that you get teased. Pictures will be saved on a folder named Selfbondage Fitness Session on the desktop. If you do not want to use the webcam features click on the Do Not Use Webcam button and the Webcam Setup window will be closed.

Clicking on the microphone button will open the sound teasing setup window:

If you want to play with a microphone and do that the program teases you every time that you make a noise louder than a determinate threshold check this checkbox:

Doing it you will activate the sound teasing mode. Under the checkbox there are a slider and a progress bar with two boxes showing a percent:

The progress bar shows the level of sound received on real time by the default systems microphone:

Move the slider to setup the max level of noise allowed before being teased by the program:

During this setup every time that you make a noise louder than the selected threshold the computer will play a beep. Use that beep to configure the max level of sound allowed because during the session the beep will become a teasing program causing you pain.

You can setup what program will tease you when you make a noise louder than the selected threshold clicking in the Change button above:

Doing it you will get a window where you can choose a teasing program:

Finally you can check that the desired program works as expected clicking on the Test button.

Notice that in this version you can choose a different teasing program for sound teasing than the one that you have selected when you fail doing the exercise on time. You can find examples of releasing programs at the pain.exe and exit.exe post If you do not want to use the microphone teasing click on the Do Not Use Microphone Teasing button and the setup window will be closed.

The idea of using the microphone can be to force you to remain in silence during the Fitness Session (as a Virtual gag) or, if desired, you can gag yourself and put the microphone under your nose. Doing it will force you to breath slowly and calm if you do not want to be teased. Take a look at the image below to get an idea:

Last controls:
At the bottom right side of the main gui there is a email link and a donate button:

And at the middle bottom there are the Start session button and the Exit button.

Clicking the Exit buton will close the program. Click the Start button when you are ready to start the Fitness session.

Starting Session:

When you click the Start button the program will check some of the options inputted when you were configuring the session. If you have inputted that you want the session to last more than 600 minutes the program will prompt you:

The max time will be set to 600 minutes and the warming will start.

If you have inputted that you want to be randomly teased with more than a 25% of probabilities of being teased every second the program will prompt you:

The % of probabilities of being teased per second will be set at 25% and warming will start.

If you have not choosed any release program as release method, when you press the Start session button the Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer 1.3 will prompt you:

If you click on NO button (the default selected) the program will exit. Clicking YES the program assumes that you have an alternative release method to untie yourself. Even having selected a computer released method do not use this program without at least one back up release!!
When the program does not find any error or when you click yes in the window above the warming countdown will start.

The warming countdown:


Before the program starts asking you to make exercise and teases you when you dont do it, you need some time to finish tying yourself and warming up a little. Youll get on screen a countdown with the time that youve selected as warming time:

During this time the teasing methods will be disabled, so you can make as much noise as you need If you need to increase in 1 minute the remaining time of the countdown because youre taking longer to tie yourself than expected click on the button:

If you finish tying yourself before than expected click on:

And countdown will be set on 1 minute. When countdown reaches zero the real session starts

Fitness Session started:


As soon as the warming countdown reaches zero the real session will start. In a session without random time and with sound teasing activated our screen will look like this:

At the top of the screen you will have a countdown with the remaining time until session ends:

If you have setup a random timed session the countdown will look like this:

So you will not know how much time left until the session ends.

During a not random timed session you will get on screen a progress bar that will show you more graphically how much time remains until the session ends:

This progress bar will not be visible if you are playing a random timed session.

At the bottom of the screen there is a counter with the remaining teases before the session ends:

When this counter reaches zero session will end. If you are playing with the sound teasing activated you will have on screen a window showing you the current level of noise that the microphone is getting at the moment and a warning signal showing the max level allowed before being teased:

If the progress bar passes the warning signal youll be teased.

If you are using the random teasing mode every time that the computer calculates a number from 1 to 100 smaller than the % desired youll be teased and this window will be showed on screen:

So you will know why you are being teased.

At the middle of the screen youll get a progress bar showing you how much time left before the computer teases you if you dont make the exercise:

The only way of stopping this countdown is pressing one of the keys showed in the keyboard over the progress bar:

(Remember that the keys will be pressed when you make the exercise).

When you make the required exercise and press one of the keys the window will change and youll get on screen a new progress bar decreasing and asking you to press another group of keys if you do not want to be teased:

The keys have been divided into two groups: letters (group 1) and numbers (group 2).

Every time that you are punished the remaining teasing counter will decrease by one:

To prevent that you drop this number as easy as staying quiet while you are teased, if you fail doing the exercise while you are being teased the counter will increase the remaining teasing in one!!!

Finishing session
There are 4 different ways of finishing a session: 1. When you get the max number of teasing allowed. When that happens the program will show a splash image on screen and will run the desired release method (only in the case that you have inputted a computer-based release method)

And Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer will run the desired release method. (only in the case that you have inputted a computer-based release method)

3. When countdown reaches zero. When that happens the program will show a splash image on screen and will run the desired release method (only in the case that you have inputted a computer-based release method)

4. Pressing the Escape button on the keyboard Doing that you will only close the Selfbondage Fitness Unpersonal Trainer, but do not runs the desired release method!!!
