SECTION 1. NATURALIZATION FOR DR. SHAKEEL AFRIDI.

Notwithstanding title III of the Immigration and Na-

5 tionality Act, or any other provision of law relating to nat6 uralization, Dr. Shakeel Afridi is deemed to be a natural7 ized citizen of the United States as of the date of the en8 actment of this Act.
