Object of the project:

The project forms a very vital aspect during curriculum of masters degree in business administration. At the end of first year students are required to undergo summer training program. This summer training is an integral part of MBA course. Its importance lies in the fact that is the project that gives the students their first exposure to an organization. This exposure although strange certainly gives an overview about the organization various department working their different tasks performed skills and attributes required to perform such tasks. The basic objective of the project was to get acquainted with the organization of Indian tools ltd, Nashik, its management philosophy is to study the various aspects of financial management. This particular project aims at the management of receivables which is an important part of credit management. The main objective behind doing this project work was as follows:

To get an opportunity for understanding the real life of business experience. To be able to apply the theoretical knowledge To get an opportunity to interact with dynamic managers and all other dyadic levels of organization To get acquainted with real organizational problems, perceptions and challenges.
