IBTPL- 230KV Switch yard commissioning sequence

I . Equipments to be energized 1.Allequipments of Line-1 Bay 2.Main Bus-1 , Bus PT-1 3. All equipments of Station Transformer -1 Bay

4. 50 MVA Station Transformer ( LV Cable link disconnected condition ) II. Clearances and Protocol. 1. Clearance from the construction agencies M/s Venus, Ms NNPL , IBTPL and .Votech, Wartsila etc vide Protocol. 2. Clearance from TANGEDCO, side MRT, Operation, GRT, TLC etc. 3. Final clearance from Protection wing of IBTPL. III. Operation sequence. For energizing Main Bus-1 through Line-1 Feeder 1 After the proposed LC works for providing the Jumper connections are over, the AEE/TLC will return the LC on the Sterlite Anuppankulam Line. 2. The 230 KV supply will reach our Switch yard up to 89 L Isolator of Line-1and the LAs, CVTs and Wave traps will be energized and the Grid Voltage can be measured at Line-1 CP. 3.After getting clearance from MRT on completion of tests on the Metering equipments, the Isolator 89L should be closed .from remote. 4. Then Close Isolators 89 B ,89A of Line-1 and 89 Bus PT-1 from remote. 5.Close CB 52 L1 from remote. And check the Bus Voltage in the Line-1 CP. For commissioning STN Transformer Clearance to be obtained from M/s Hamtech and Sri Vijaya ( for Fire water ) 6.Close 89A and 89B Isolators of Station Transformer. 7. Close CB 52 Station Transformer-1 from remote. 8. Keep the Transformer in energized condition for 8 Hrs. and observe healthiness. .
