2 Weeks Prior to Start date Students will participate in personal fitness testing and develop their personal fitness

plans that will act as the bases of the PBL module. Students will take part in the fitness room safety tour. 1 Week Prior to Start date Students will begin their personal fitness plans and collecting their data in their fitness logs. Key Presenter: Personal Trainer Week 1 Students will continue to progress on their fitness plans. Key presenter: Zoomba Week 2 Students will continue to progress on their fitness plans. They will administer the same fitness tests that were administered in week 1. Key presenter: Simply for life Week 3 Students will continue to progress on their fitness plans. Each student will be formatively assessed on their technique, safety skills and knowledge of related muscle groups to their fitness plans. Key Presenter: Military Boot Camp Instructor Week 4 Students will continue to progress on their fitness plans. Key Presenter: Nutritionist Week 5 This will be last week of students personal fitness plans. Key Presenter: Marathon Runner Week 6 Students will take part in final fitness tests. A group interview will be conducted where students must demonstrate key exercises, listing muscles worked and demonstrating proper technique. Personal Fitness Logs will be handed in for marking.
