1) BASF has plant located at Thane,Thane Belapur Road, about 30 Km from main Mumbai. They were having a manufacturing facility of 10,000 MT/Year of Styropor expandable polystyrene.Used as insulation of cold items and packaging materials. Aarvi Encon was given engineering services,order on 10/04/2007. Please find copy of the work order from BASF dully scanned. It contains detailed scope of of work. The cost control was not in Aarvi's scope but plant was commissioned in desired time table as the running plant had fixed one month production shutdown preplanned in April 2008. Vaidya Chief Executive manufacturing as mentioned in work order , dated 10-4-2007, Contact No:-0091-22-67917400. 2) Deepak Fertilisers have placed order on Aarvi Encon to put up Concentrated Nitric Plant at Taloja Site, situated about 60 Km from Mumbai. The Scope of Service are as per order attached . The Project was Completed in Desired Time . At Present plant is Commissioned . Cost Control was not in Aarvi's Scope. Set up Plant manufacturing polyurethane system hours. Mainly Varity of polyurethanes prepared by blending with know have from Bexenden U.K. The project cost was Rs. 60 Million & time was 18 Months.
