What is Insulation? Insulation is the protection of the cable or extensions that supposed to protect and save your energy cost by reducing heat and trapping heat. What is Damage Insulation? Damage insulation is the damage where Dangerous wires are exposed . The wire can can electrocute any person who touches it. If someone touch it, it can cause short circuit. What is short circuit? Short circuit is an accidental path of low resistance which passes an abnormally high amount of current. A short circuit exists whenever the resistance of a circuit or the resistance of a part of a circuit drops in value to almost zero ohms. The high amount of current can produced enough heat to start a fire. How can we prevent? 1. Check the wire from time to time. 2. Do not touch with wet hands 3. Call repaimens to repair the exposed wires

How to help someone Being Electrocuted? 1. Make sure your hands are not wet 2. Turn off source of electricity 3. Use non-conductive to pull the victim from the electrical source. 4. Place the victim on a his or her back to check for breathing pulse. 5. If theres no pulse ,Performs 5 cycles of chest compression 7. If no progress, Then performed rescue Breathing. How to help someone after been Electrocuted? 1. Check the distance of the body from any metals objects. 2. If possible, place a jacket or a blanket to keep them warm to prevent semiconcious 3. Dont give the victim any drinks. 4. Do not apply anything to the burns.
