Big Falmouth Mess!

Falmouth Mess is the alternative to the traditional Eton Mess. This recipe shouts out loud about Cornish fresh produce and promises a lot of family fun. The whipped cream, meringue and crushed ginger biscuit, all comes together beautifully.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Fun time..15 minutes Eating time: 0 minutes For a family of 4 sweet tooth Ingredients:

4 meringue nests or shells 1 Punnets summer berries 100 ml whipping cream 1 tbsp icing sugar 2 ginger biscuits

Preparation:

Whip the cream with the icing sugar until it reaches slightly firm, but not stiff, peaks. Lightly crush meringue shells into it. Roughly chop a few strawberries on the meringue mix. Sprinkle with ginger biscuit crumbs and a good drizzle of the left over summer berry crush. Serve immediately with a beaming smile. Lush.
