    The turn over report provides an update on equipment maintenance and projects from June 20-24, 2011. Shovel 10 was on PM with a cable drum change due to rust. Shovel 37 also received a complete PM. The next PMs scheduled are for Shovels 34, 7, 31, 36, 8, 34, and 35. Dragline 2570's next PM is scheduled for today. There are around 20 junction boxes in need of repair. New trucks and MCCs for pumps were received. Safety basics like PPE usage should be emphasized and documentation is being updated for an upcoming safety audit. A motor from Shovel 9 was sent for warranty repair. New projects include pumps, PM forms, training, and celebrating

    TURN OVER REPORT

    JOSE DAVID PARDO U. FROM JUN 20th JUN 24th /2011 1. SHOVELS Shovel 10 was on 160 Hrs. PM, cable drum was changed because of rust inside. A short PM is scheduled for this equipment: Shovel 37 was on PM on June 1st, WO318488. A complete PM was done and motors were greased. The results of insulation tests were the following: M1 PI 2.36 PI 1.89 DAR 1.40 DAR 1.15

    PM schedule for days coming includes Shovels 34, 7, 31, 36, 8, 34, and 35. New motor installed on Shovel 9- Front main features:

    2. DRAGLINES
    DRAGLINE 8750 2570 1570 LAST PM 6/19/11 6/19/11 6/9/11 NEXT PM SUGGESTED 7/04/11 7/04/11 6/24/11

    Next PM for Dragline 2570 is scheduled for today; make agreements for the PM; SERVIPARAMO is ready for A/C systems maintenance. Because of rain Delays most of the activities of the PM has been done during last week, so check the list of jobs pending to forward the date suggested.

    3. 8KV & 25KV JUNCTION BOXES IN REPAIR There are almost 20EA Junction Boxes for repairs at Cable Yard. It is necessary to request a flat truck to send these to the shop.

    4. CABLE TOWERS The set of 21Mts Cable Towers at El Descanso are ready to go; some towers at Construction Yard are relocated and need to be repaired or refilled with concrete. 5. NEW EQUIPMENTS New trucks for the Department were received; is our commitment try to keep them in the best conditions as possible. There are new 4160V MCCs for pumps ready at Construction Side. These must be tested and labeled with the legend Slo para bombas. 6. SAFETY Remember to keep on mind work on safety basics as the usage of PPE. Andrs Mario is taking care of documentation updates for next safety audit. The idea is to show a summary to our Superintendent of what is missing and where we are right now on our safety program for this year. 7. MOTORS Shovel 9 Motor # 1 removed last weekend was sent to the shop and a warranty claim is open for this motor. 1EA - 350HP @ 4160V for Load Outs crushers was sent to the shop for major repairs; IAF to increase the levels of these motors was approved to Min. 1 Max. 2.

    8. PROJECTS New 7200/480 V, 225KVA Pumps SUBS. New PM form for Shovels; 8x8 Box (Every other PM). SIMOREG trainer and SIMOREG training-DCS. 1000 days without LTIs.
