ONE, the exercise should help you learn about what goes on in a school - how is managed, how activity is organised, who takes charge of what, important decisions, why particular decisions are made, how are these decisions made (is input from teachers/parents invited, or does one person make a decision?) the impact of decisions, student demographics, students activity and so on and so forth. There is really no limit to what you can talk about when it comes to school activity. This is the basis of the School Orientation Programme, and opportunity to interact with the school community and talk about it in a report. DIMENSION 2 TEACHING PRACTICE Must present - Lesson plans with - Reflection (Did you do what you planned? Was it a good lesson plan Why or why not? Was there something you left out? What were the reasons? Why did you do what you did? Why not? What did students do or not do? Write about the theoretical aspects of your work? What did you learn about the theory? How did you come to know about this? Would you do it again Why or why not? What would you do again? What would be different about the next lesson? Note that these are all REFLECTIONS talking about an experience, and event an important aspect of the lesson in a way that you communicate what you learnt or did not learn.

PERSONAL GROWTH REFLECTIONS -transform from journal entry about teaching reflection Students weakness I am not confident to give worksheet that contains more instruction to do writing skill as they do not understand and keep asking what they are supposed to do so I prefer to do more on physical involvement to make them produce words. They have difficulties in understanding instruction in English when I give instruction they just keep asking what they are supposed to do. Students ability They understand what I ask if it is simple question and they can provide the answer. But when it comes to do exercise they keep asking what to do. I need to give clear instruction before they attempt the exercise and be clear with my instruction. Teachers weakness My instruction is not clear or too difficult for them to understand I always not fix with my instruction Adjustment made Not follow according to plan Ex. I ask them to sing the song it came naturally which I didnt come across Ex project to assign one task for one group I have to change because students vocabulary is not that good so I need to emphasize let them do all the task. Because students request Because of students ability some time I want to make it into exercise but instead I provide the answer. I cannot see them struggling what should I do . Do guided writing like sentence with missing words and parallel writing.
