VCB25

The Ventil VCB25 is the universal solution for very easy, safe and accurate pressure testing of all linear types of Shut-off (Gate-, Globe-, Ball-, Plug, Check-, Butterfly) valves in the range 10 / DN15 - 250 mm. according to all common international test standards. The VCB25 features a heavy constructed clamping system for easy positioning and clamping of all linear valves* up to 10 in vertical position (valve stem horizontal). The construction is designed for a maximum clamping force of 25 ton and is completed with a provision for soft pre-clamping when you have positioned the valve. The unique 3-Claw clamping system allows you to clamp the flanged valve on the inlet flange only and have the outlet open for inspection. The integrity of the body can be tested by clamping it between the clamping tables, closing both ends. The strong and robust constructed clamping system is mounted on top of a stainless steel reservoir used as sump and reservoir for the test liquid. The stainless steel control panel facilitates the test and operation systems for safely and accurately Body- and seat testing all common types of valves according to the international standards, for example: API598, API5D, ISO5203, DIN EN 12266, BS6755 P1, EN1349 etc.

VCB25 CONTROLS The low pressure gas (air) and high pressure liquid test systems enable you to test the valves according to all common international standards. The standard range is 0-225 bar / 3,250 PSI., but higher pressure ranges up to 2000 bar / 30,000 PSI are available on request. Optionally the VCB25 unit can also be completed with a high pressure gas test system. All systems are fully integrated in the stainless steel control panel and all operating components are completed with text plates in your native language.
