-::LEASE AGREEMENT::Whereas this deed of agreement of lease was made on this the 1st day of July, 2012 by M/s

Ravalli Infra Power Limited, Regd. Office at G-29, 3rd floor, Vardhaman Tower, Community Centre, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-19, represented by its Senior Engineer, Chintalacheruvu Yedukondalu, S/o Venkateswarlu, Hindu, aged 27 years, site Office at G.Konduru village, Krishna District,, which herein called as LESEE which expression includes its representatives, agents, and attorneys etc. Between Shaik Basha, S/o Late Hasan Ahmad, Muslim, aged 58 years, R/o D.No 10-12, M.G Road, Near Maszid, Gollapudi, Vijayawada Rural, A.P herein after called the LESSOR which expression shall includes his heirs, successors, agents and representatives. Whereas the lessor is the absolute owner of the schedule property having right, title, possession and enjoyment over the schedule property. The lessee had requested the lessor to lease out the schedule property in continuation of lease for the purpose of storage and dumping of electrical material for the purpose of erection of 400 K.V. Transmission line from Jujjuru Village to Nunna Village of Krishna Dist. Of A.P for which the land lord had accepted to lease out the schedule property with the following terms and conditions and lessee had accepted for the following terms and conditions as approved by registered office at Delhi for which a provisional lease deed was made out with the following. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. A lease time of schedule property shall commence from 01-04-2012 to 30-09-2012 of the date of English calendar date. The lease amount is fixed at Rs. 15,000/- per month payable on or before 10th of succeeding calendar month. The advance amount is fixed at Rs. 1,00,000/- which is refundable without any interest. The scheduled property shall be handed over the lessee after payment of the entire advance amount though the material is in premises. The lessee must handover the schedule land to the lessor immediately after the expiry date with a condition to level the land with soil useful for cultivation. The lessee shall not damage the schedule property adverse to cultivation purpose. The lessee is liable to compensate the damage, if any made as per the demand of lessor. The lessee period cab be extended for the six months at the mutual consent after the expiry of this lease agreement and a fresh agreement have to be entered with the conditions as mentioned in this agreement only. The request by the lessee for the same must h=be one month before the expiration of this lease period. The lessee is permits to sub-lease the schedule property to others. The lessee shall not use the schedule property for any illegal activities other than the purpose mentioned above. If the lessee fails to pay the monthly rent the lessor is liberty to get the leased premises vacated immediately. The lessee have to clear off the arrears of 4 months rent before 10th day of July2012, failing which the lessee is liable to vacate the premises.

The lessor shall handover the schedule land with bore well, with motor in a good condition and the lessee shall also handover the same in as it is condition at the time of vacating the premises. The lessee must pay the electrical consumption charges for their use from date of inception till the vacation without any arrears and handover the all bills at the time of vacation. The lessee is accepted to bear all the necessary charges for registration of this lease deed. The parties to this deed had affixed their signatures with their consent and free will.

Mylavaram, Krishna District, A.P with following boundaries: East South : : R & B Road. Property of Lingala Rahelu, Kommu Santhosham and Ponnaganti Malleswara Rao and Others. Property of HPCL, Lingala Rahelu and S.C Railway Property. Property of Pilla Madhava Rao, Pathakota Satyanrayana Reddy, Kommu Jamalamma and Gadde Madhusudhana Rao.
