Oftentimes,thereisconfusionastowhatconstitutesachangevs.areplacementinkindrelatedtothe abovementionedareas:processchemicals,technology,equipment,procedures,andchangesto facilities.ThetablebelowprovidesexamplesofchangesthatwouldrequireaMOCaswellassomethat arereplacementsinkindthatwouldnotnecessitateaMOC.
