Gold off lows on safety bids, outperforms equities: Gold slipped on Monday as Spain's economic troubles fueled euro zone debt fears, but safe-haven bids helped bullion outperform equities and commodities and lifted the metal off its lows. Oil falls below $103 on euro zone fears: Oil prices slipped below $103 a barrel on Monday as investors sold off riskier assets and fled for the perceived safety of the dollar on fears that Spain will not be able to avoid a costly sovereign bailout.

MCX Nickel slips below 900 on speculative selling: On Monday morning, Nickel future hits seven weeks low on strong selling sentiments. MCX Nickel July delivery contract dropped again by more than 2 percent with turnover of 28840 lots and made new low of 867.40 rupees per kilogram.
