I want to contribute to the economic development of our country especially upliftment of impoverished masses who are yet to realize the gains of independent India Q2. What are your Favourite books? Q.3 You consider yourself introvert or extrovert ? Ans. I consider myself an extrovert although there are instances when I turn introvert. Q.4 What is the future of KPOs in India? Ans. Inspite of uncertainty surrounding outsourcising business operations I believed KPOS are here to stay for long due to their efficiency & cost effectiveness. Q.5 Is Ans IT industry recession proof ?

Definitely not but its versatility helps it to survive for long even in

recession . There fore there is no more impact on It sector right now in our country. Q.6. What will you say about the reservation system? Ans. Reservation system needs to be reviewed , Also focused efforts made to be made in higher education system so ass to improve the quality and industry adoptability of the educated youth and need to change at time to time as per the need. Q.7 Which type of steps should be taken by the government in order to boost industrial production? Ans. The government should work on the infrastructure front and availability of credit to boost production and consumption. Q. 8 Are you ready to work 24*7? Ans. No because according to me, Health is Wealth. Q.9 What is your personal mission statement? Ans. Nothing is impossible try and try again to reach the goal.

organisation? Ans. WCM plays an important role in handling the daily capital requirement issues of the organization moreover it helps the organization in timely repayment of debt. Q.11 Day to day corruption is increasing in India ,according to you what is the reason on behind these? Ans poverty is the main root of all evils until & unless concentrated efforts are made to eradicate the same . Q.12 Which type of changes you found in yourself during 2 years

PGDM in Ishan? Ans. I have improved my communication skills ,personality, presentations and removed stage fear in 2 years in Ishan. Q.13 In second year of your PGDBM, why u took Finance as your specialization? Ans. After the completion of my intermediate, I took admission in CA, but unfortunately I couldnt clear all the papers of CA, thats why I decided to do MBA Finance whose curriculum is same upto more extent. Q.14 Please give your views on Delhi/ NCR, why have you chosen this place for study? Ans. I have Delhi/ NCR for study because of better availability of educational facilities, placement & employment opportunities. Q.15 Which type of organization do you want to join after the completion of your course? I want to join reputed financial company like share khan, Religare etc.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
The experience of Know My Colleague Project was really wonderful. After completing this project I really came to know about my colleague and now I am closer towards him. He shared with me lots of secrets thing and plan about future. Which I dont know about him and I am very

much surprise to see his ability and knowledge level of different areas like finance ,Economics, General awareness & subjective knowledge. This project has personally benefited me. By doing this project that now I know how to take interview with peoples how to take any information from the people and somehow I came to know what the commonly people like our dislike. I hope it will also important to build personal relationship which is important as management student and career point of view.
