S E C T I O N 1 S C O P E A N D G E N E R A L

1.1 SCOPE This Standard sets out the performance requirements for the design and manufacture of
general access floor systems installed in non-residential buildings.
It applies to access for systems which are —
(a) elevated;

(c) square and rectangular shapes; and
(d) installed in new and old buildings.
