Windsor My name is William Windsor. I am a retired entrepreneur and corporate CEO living in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a victim of judicial corruption, government corruptio n, law enforcement corruption, and legal corruption. In August 2005, I was sued by the company that has provided the boat rides at Ni agara Falls. It was a verified complaint in which Christopher Glynn, President o f Maid of the Mist, swore that all 50 paragraphs were true and correct based upo n his personal knowledge. There was not a paragraph that was true in the entire complaint. They made it al l up, apparently because they feared that I was about to discover that they had committed massive fraud in obtaining two government contracts worth billions of dollars. When we took the depositions of Glynn and the senior managers of Maid of the Mis t, they admitted under oath that everything in the lawsuit was false. But Judge Orinda D. Evans, a federal judge in Atlanta for 33 years, ignored it. In an orde r filled with over 200 statements that she knew to be false based upon the court record, she found me liable for legal fees. Through my efforts fighting this injustice, I came to discover that most judges in America are dishonest or corrupt. I have more proof than you would ever have time to review. I have written a report that details the variety of techniques t hat the corrupt judges use. I have absolute, undeniable proof of a significant number of crimes by Judge Eva ns, Maid of the Mist, their attorney Carl H. Anderson, Jr., and others. But ever yone who I provided the evidence to simply participated in the cover-up while co mmitting crimes of their own. The list of corrupt judges and law enforcement per sonnel is too long to list, but it includes approximately 20 federal judges, sev eral state judges, and the FBI. Judges, law enforcement, and government officials are dishonest and commit crime s because they can get away with it. They essentially answer to no one. I sent my evidence to every member of Congress, to every federal appellate court judge in America, to the President, and many others, and no one even responded. No one did a thing. After months of trying, I finally managed to appear before the Fulton County Gra nd Jury to present my charges. I testified for 30 minutes on Friday, August 26, 2011. The Grand Jury asked me to return the following Tuesday to continue my tes timony, and they gave me explicit instructions about the evidence to bring and t he manner in which they wanted it presented. When I returned to testify, I was i llegally removed from the public elevator lobby on the third floor of the Fulton County Courthouse. I was given a Criminal Trespass Warning and was told that I will be arrested if I ever return. This was done to block my ongoing testimony b efore the Grand Jury testimony that should have resulted in an indictment against DA Paul Howard, various members of his staff, and a number of judges. This is to tally illegal, yet the DA and various judges and law enforcement personnel have covered it up. These people will say and do anything to avoid prison and to keep the public from finding out about their criminal activities. I have been doing everything that I could think of to expose the rampant corrupt

ion in our courts in America. I have communicated with tens of thousands of vict ims nationwide. We are determined to educate our fellow Americans that our most fundamental rights have been stolen. We have drafted legislation that will corre ct this problem at the state level as well as at the federal level. I am here to day to insist that you enact this legislation because it is the only way to corr ect the dishonesty and corruption that permeate our legal system and government.
