Australia Permanent Resident Visa

It is a 5 year multiple entry Permanent Resident Visa. To retain the resident status a Permanent resident need to live in Australia for 2 out the each 5 years period of validity. After 4 years of stay in Australia a permanent resident can apply for citizenship

Eligibility:
Australia accepts applications under general skilled, employer nomination and

state nomination programs; Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree; masters degree does not get extra credits in the overall pass mark count; Relevant work Experience of 2 years onwards; in some occupations one can apply after one year full time relevant work experience; Skills assessment is a crucial and starting stage of application eligibility process. Under process that will become applicable with effect from 1st July, 2012, the applicant with positive skills assessment and required IELTS score will file an Expression of interest (EOI) application. The EOI application will stay in the pool for up to a maximum of 2 years. If and after the application is selected and invited from the pool, the applicant can file his application for permanent resident visa. It is a 5 year multiple entry Permanent Resident Visa. To retain the resident status a Permanent resident need to live in Canada for 2 out the each 5 years period of validity. After 3 years of stay in Canada a permanent resident can apply for citizenship. A Canadian citizen is allowed to work with employers in USA without H-1/L-1 and against USA employer job offer and TN visa.

Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme

Denmark Green Card

Global Immigration Specialist Since 1994 Denmark Green Card is a multiple entry Residence permit initially issued for 3 years and then extended on various terms; one can apply for residency after 7 years and citizenship after 10 years.

Eligibility:
Masters Degree is mandatory in most occupations; though exceptions exist for some including IT and software applicants; Relevant work Experience is normally expected and applicants with experience of 2-4 years or more are likely to qualify; Course of study should ideally match with the nature of work and it should fall under the positive list of Denmark; IELTS not required( If your highest degree is in English that would be fine); but offering IELTS test report helps in overall assessment; Applicants with aptitude for learning foreign languages should ideally apply under the option as long term successful settlement requires one to be able to converse in Danish Language.
