Here in after called the Lessors/Owner of the one Part, Mr. KARAYI RAJESH "PADMALYAM" PARAMBETAVIDA HOUSE KUTHUPARAMBA(PO)-KANNUR KERALA- 670643 Hereinafter called the Lessee /Tenant of the other part, withnesseth as follows: Whereas the Lessor is the absolute owner of the premises situated NO - 5 , PRABHU LAYOUT NEAR KALANIKETHAN SCHOOL KUDLU VILLAGE MADIWALA (PO)-560068.This is more fully described in the schedule hereunder. 1. tenantable conditions.

6. Whereas the lessee shall bear if any damages causes in the premises

during the lease period/ rental period the amount paid to lessor at the time of vacating the schedule premises, otherwise the lessor shall deducted the said amount from the security deposit at the time of vacating the premises .

7. Whereas the Lessee shall inspect the premises at any reasonable hours. 8. Whereas the Lessee shall bear the painting charges at the time of
vacating the premises.

9. Both The parties have issue one month prior notice to vacate the schedule
