1) Draw an Organization Chart for BigTools Inc., a hand and powertool manufacturer in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ellen Jones is a secretary with BigTools Inc. She is one of three secretaries handling phone calls, correspondence and appointments (including internal meetings) for the ad copy writers of the Advertising Department. Ellens best friend is Sylvia Short, who is an Manager in the Budget and Finance Department. John Higgens is an ad copy writer for wrenches and handtools. His boss is Mary Tyler, the Assistant Director of Advertising. Mary reports to John Blow, the Director of Advertising. John Blow coordinates the Advertising Depts work with Gary Myerson, the Director of BigTools Marketing Department. John and his friend Anthony Fenestre from Research & Development both think Sullivan Smith, the BigTools Senior Vice President, is an idiot. 2) Draw an OrgChart for Baubles Bangles and More, Inc., a national firm with 30 stores across the US. The company specializes in the import and sales of budget jewelry and small decorative household items. Eliot works in the mailroom. He delivers mail to everyone in the company twice a day. Eliot has several employees he likes to stop and chat with. The first is Joanie Fishman who handles financial reports in the Finance Department of the BB&M Jewelry and Accessories Division. The second is Jonathon Herman who works in the Manufacturing and Import Department of the BB&M Exotic Furniture Division. The third is Rosemarie Boyden who is a Senior Vice President in charge of three divisions of BB&M: Jewelry & Accessories, Small Decoratives, and Handwork Kits.
