The year 1995 saw NCC crossing a turnover of Rs. One billon. The Property Division was established in 1996 followed by the Transportation Division in 1998. NCC Urban Infrastructure Ltd (NCCUIL), a subsidiary of NCC Limited, was incorporated in December 8, 2005. The Company's focus is on Urban Infrastructure Projects such as development of Residential & Commercial complexes, Serviced Apartments, SEZs, Integrated Townships and Complexes with advanced building techniques. The Company has been certified for: ISO 9001 : 2000, ISO 14001 : 2004 & OHSAS 18001 : 1999. NCCUIL is developing the prestigious National Games Housing Complex Project in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The Company has also acquired lands in and around Bangalore, Chennai, Goa, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kakinada, Lucknow, Raipur and Vizag for its Real Estate projects. NCCUIL is all set to deliver 12.8 million sft. of built up area spread over 286 acres in the next three years.

The Roads Division of NCC was established in 1998 with the objective to capture opportunities in the country's road network. This Division executes various projects of the Central and State Government.
