The Inception
In the year 2003, some like minded people belonging to the same technical background came together and decided to venture into the field of structural designing. The motive was to provide a professional option in this field which will serve the clients with dedication and offer innovative choice. The drive for precision with optimum use of the available skills and resources has made R & G Associates a reckoned name in the structural designing market of the city today.

We are a fully dedicated structural engineering consultancy located in Nagpur. Offering competitive and sound engineering designs to architects, owners, developers and contractors is our forte. Using latest technologies to enhance the work output and progress has always been our endeavor. And in this sequence we have added the PT Technology (Post Tensioning) i.e. having a huge slab without a pillar. Following are some of the works done using similar method. Directors Profile
Mr. Mohd. Riyazuddin M. Siddique is the member of Association of Consulting Civil Engineers (India) (Life Membership No. 1934L). He has been exposed to various latest up gradations in his field via seminars and conferences.

Branching out
In the very near future R & G Associates are planning to open a branch at Mumbai so as to cater to the clients located in that city.

Seminar attended
3rd Structural Engineers World Congress 2007 (SEWC 2007), Bangalore was attended by Mr. Mohd. Riyazuddin M. Siddique. All top class Structural Engineers & Architect from all over world were present. This Seminar was for 5 days.

Management
Management body of our firm consists of two directors viz. Mr. Mohd. Riyazuddin M. Siddique and Mr. Ganesh C. Ragit, both M.Tech. (struct) with experience of 6 and 3 years. respectively in the relevant field.

Our skilled staff

Mr. Mangesh B. Gulhane and Mr. Mohd. Gulfam M.H. Bahna both M.tech (struct) are Design Engineers with 3 years of Experience respectively. Mr. Manvendra M. Pathak also a design engineer has 2.5 years of experience as an engineering graduate in Civil. Other expert staff include Mr. Mohd. Irshad H. Maladhari, Mr Rajkumar M. Meshram and Sachin S. Lende, with ITI as their qualification work as R.C.C. detailer.
