Participation requirements and conditions
Important Information
You must arrive 30 minutes before the start time. During this period you will be required to: Present a valid RTA approved photo identification. Read, complete and sign the Conditions of Entry and Range Rules Agreement. O nly persons 12 years of age or older are able to participate in try shooting. If you are a minor and would like to participate, please have your parent or legal guardian complete the front page of this form and provide it to the Centre on your behalf. By completing the front page of the form the parent or legal guardian consents to the minor possessing or using the relevant firearm. A minor is a person aged 12 to 17 years (inclusive). A ll minors that would like to participate in a try shooting session must be accompanied at the try shooting session by a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or legal guardian must sign the above documents on behalf of the participant before the start time of the try shooting session. P ersons that have not completed the above documents before the start time of the try shooting session will not be permitted to participate, and must not participate, in the try shooting session. P lease bring photo identification to the try shooting session. Pursuant to the Firearms Regulations, all participants must bring photo identification in order to participate; and for minors, the minors parent or legal guardian must bring their photo identification along with the minors birth certificate or passport and current medicare card. If you are from overseas, you must bring your passport.

Please allow yourself 2 hours per option, due to supervision requirements not all participants will be able to shoot at once. Alcohol/Prohibited Drugs/Medication that will impede your judgement and Shooting dont mix, so please do not consume alcohol, a prohibited drug or a medication that will impede your judgement before shooting. Please note that shooting participants will not be allowed to shoot if they are under the influence of alcohol, a prohibited drug or on a medication that will impede your judgement. Secure footwear must be worn (no bare feet, thongs or sandals allowed). No low cut apparel to be worn

Booking terms and conditions

Registration, P650 declaration and full payment are required to confirm your place and must be received prior to the program commencement. A receipt confirming the details of your booking will be issued after your registration, P650 declaration and payment have been received. Refunds will not be given for partial attendance. I f the program has commenced late participants will not be accepted and the full booking fee will be forfeited. Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled program to avoid forfeiting your fee. Bookings that fail to comply with participation requirements and conditions on arrival will forfeit the full booking fee. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 administration fee. The remaining balance will be refunded by cheque or credit card reversal. I f you choose to transfer the date of your program you must advise more than 5 days from your original requested date to transfer at no additional fee subject to a maximum of two transfers. T ransfers within 5 days of the program commencement incur a $25 administration fee. Alternatively a substitute may attend in your place. I n extenuating circumstances or if the cancelled booking has been filled by another participant, the SISC Manager, may in his/her sole discretion, agree to reduce or waive the cancellation fee. T he Office of Communities reserves the right to cancel a program/s. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice to those who have enrolled when a program is cancelled. Those enrolled will be given a full refund.
