What AC Reps do…
AC Reps are professional inviters, meaning they invite Candidate product users to their Personalized
Marketing Website (PMW) to review the AC product-line. All product details and explanations are
provided for potential product users. Reps don’t explain or talk to a Candidate until the Candidate has
reviewed the products and has expressed genuine interest. This simplified, “automated” approach to
product sales makes marketing AC products less time consuming and ensures a uniform, consistent
presentation by all AC Representatives.
All necessary product information is available on the AC Rep’s Personalized Marketing Website, so
Representatives focus their energy on directing traffic to their website. Reps are taught a variety of

Basic Agreement
As an Advantage Conferences Representative (Rep), I understand and agree that:
1. I have read and understand the items and instructions on this form and that the responses are true and complete to the best of
my knowledge.
2. I am of legal age to enter into binding contracts in my state of residence. I understand that I will be an Independent Contractor,
solely responsible for my own business and will not be an employee of Advantage Conferences, LLC (the Company). As such,
I will not be regarded as an employee for purposes of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, Federal Insurance Contributions
Act or income tax withholding. It is my responsibility to pay any self-employment tax and all local, state and federal taxes as
required by law.
3. I know that my success or failure is TOTALLY my responsibility. I have not been guaranteed that I will attain any level of
income or success; and, I understand that my results will depend on my desire, commitment, work ethic, and consistency of
marketing activities and attendance on Company calls and Conferences. My success is up to me, and I know that every Rep
starts at different stages of ability and personal development.
4. Upon acceptance of this application, I will have the right to sell Advantage Conferences, LLC products in accordance with the
Company’s Policies and Procedures. For these sales I will be compensated in accordance with the Advantage Conferences, LLC
Compensation Plan.
5. I shall abide by the Policies and Procedures and Compensation Plan of Advantage Conferences, LLC. I agree to abide by these rules
and any other regulations or subsequent amendments regarding Rep obligations and responsibilities as may become necessary.
6. I understand that I have no authority to bind Advantage Conferences, LLC to any obligation or contract.
7. I agree to conduct myself in a legal, professional and ethical manner at all times. I understand that no statements or representa-
tions whatsoever may be made regarding Advantage Conferences, LLC products or services other than those contained in
officially published and approved company materials, nor will I misrepresent the income potential of the Compensation Plan.
8. I understand that I may not use Advantage Conferences, LLC trademarks, marks, trade styles, or trade names in any form of
advertising other than that which may be provided by and approved in writing by Advantage Conferences, LLC.
9. I understand that signing this agreement and acceptance of the agreement by Advantage Conferences, LLC is all that is needed
to become a Rep. If, within three (3) business days, I decide not to continue as a Rep, I will submit my resignation to
Advantage Conferences, LLC in writing as described on the front page of the enrollment agreement.
10. I understand that I may terminate my distributorship (Rep status) at any time via written notification to the Company at the
address listed on the front of this form. I further understand that the Company may terminate my distributorship in accordance
with the Policies and Procedures if I violate the terms thereof. Such termination will cancel my rights to receive compensation
from Advantage Conferences, LLC.
11. I agree not to repackage, relabel or sell the Company’s products, promotional/explanatory text, intellectual property, or ideas
under any other name or label. I further agree not to produce any written or recorded materials which have not been approved
or provided by Advantage Conferences, LLC.
12. I agree not to construct or publish a website or make postings that promotes AC products or income opportunity without

13. I agree to not slander, libel, speak negatively or publish any information that could be construed to be derogatory whatsoever
about the Company, its Ownership, staff, Representatives, Product, or concepts. I understand that, as a Company
Representative, I am to represent the Company in the best light possible. I understand that engaging in negative verbiage via
any medium whatsoever could be grounds for termination and/or legal action from the Company and others whose reputation
might be compromised by such language.
14. I understand that this agreement may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent of the Company.
15. This agreement is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties, their heirs and successors in interest. If any provision of
this agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, the validity of the remaining provision shall not be affected. This is the entire
agreement between the parties.
16. I agree to indemnify / hold Advantage Conferences, LLC harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including any
attorney’s fees arising out of my actions or conduct in violation of this Agreement. In the event a dispute shall arise between
myself and Advantage Conferences, LLC as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, and the
policies and procedures of Advantage Conferences, LLC, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant
to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to be held in Collin
County, Texas. Texas law will apply to the resolution of the dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The arbitration panel
shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. In addition to declaratory relief, the arbitration panel may award preliminary and permanent
injunctive relief and compensatory damages and shall award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party. The
arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The provision shall not restrict Advantage
Conferences, LLC from seeking preliminary injunctive relief in any court or competent jurisdiction.
17. This agreement is to remain in effect through December 31 of the fiscal calendar year stated on this Application with Advantage
Conferences, LLC, and I agree my continued status with Advantage Conferences, LLC is contingent upon annual Rep renewal
(39.95).

Individual Value /Guiding Hand

An abiding fundamental principle of our Company, Advantage Conferences is that people are our most
important asset. We have, and will continue to emphasize and celebrate the intrinsic value of all people,
and especially each person associated with us.
Bottom lines, projections, profit margins, etc., are all issues that I am aware of and concerned about as the
owner of the Company. However, these issues pale in comparison to the importance of our individuals.
Each person that hitches their wagon to the star of our ideals and progressive campaigns is created by God
and has infinite value and importance. Accordingly, I daily seek to understand the needs and concerns of
each of our members.
Our business model has been constructed around satisfying and enhancing the financial conditions of our
Reps, but there is much more that must be attended to. Our members have families. Most have children.
Each family unit (including our singles) experiences crises, failure, sickness, loss, frustrations, and chaos
to some extent at different times in the course of living life. I am aware of all of these things.
It is for this reason that we make no small effort to guide our members in matters of spiritual growth and
ethics. One small manifestation of that ongoing effort is our weekly publication of “The Messenger”. Each
issue attempts to deliver to our members and subscribers Biblical truths that provide guidance and help in
virtually every facet of their lives.
There is no question that God has his hand in my life, my family, and on this business, and that He
amazingly watches over each of us minute by minute. He has His hand on you as well. He is our guide
and companion on a daily basis, and for that I am personally humbled and grateful.
It is important for you to understand that the business of Advantage Conferences is God’s business. And so
— in every policy we institute, every word we speak, and literally everything we do — we do so dedicated
to amplifying His glory and not our own.
I am awestruck by how God can use imperfect people like myself and our Reps to further His Kingdom, if
we will let Him. I don’t write this to impress you or lure you to our business. I do so to simply explain
up-front where I stand and how this Company operates.
If you prefer a business to be secular, then you will find many of our competitors to be a better fit. If you
find the idea that God is brought up on a regular basis, that He is our source, and that the truth of the
Bible is our absolute guide to be unsettling, then you will probably not be very comfortable here. However,
the idea of separating God from one’s business is a serious mistake in judgment. Attempting to keep the
Creator out of that which He created is nonsense.
We indeed are resolute in creating profits and better financial situations for hundreds and even thousands
of Reps. But we are more resolute in doing business correctly, with God as our guide, Jesus Christ as our
model, and constantly recognizing and delighting in the value of our people for their intrinsic worth.
You are infinitely valuable. You are God’s child. I encourage you to live your life with that in mind. You
will be treated that way here.
