HAARP (http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/) has been accused of starting Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the massive China quake of May 2008, the Haiti and Chile quakes of 2010, and the Japanese March 2011 quake (to name a few). HAARP goes hand-inhand with the chem-trail spraying operations, as aluminum and barium (metallic particles) turn the sky into a massive conductive circuit, thereby amplifying HAARP's power & range. The US government's official line is that HAARP only enhances communication capabilities, and also has a number of other benign applications- but HAARP really is an advanced Weapon of Mass Destruction.

HAARP (High Altitude Auroral Research Project) Can Do 3 Things By Manipulating Earth's 'Ionosphere': 1) It boils the Ionosphere (the top layer of the Earth's atmosphere, which is highly electrical) by beaming high-frequency radio-waves up into it. HAARP's official spec. release says that it can beam up to 3.6 million watts (a radio-station usually beams about 50,000 watts into the Ionosphere); but instead of pulsing the waves, like radiotowers do, HAARP can push all of its power into one beam via its phased array, which produces an even greater release of plasma-energy by turning its mega-watt beam into a giga-watt one (when creating an "effective area"). That kind of power being concentrated into one area can, at the least, punch holes into the Ionosphere and mess with the Earth's magnetic field. When HAARP heats up a portion of the Ionosphere, it does this by pushing the section 8o km out into space, where it then begins to increase in temperature dramatically. What are the most alarming effects that HARRP produces by lifting up and cooking the upper atmosphere? a) it can disrupt Earth's Jet-Stream, which can certainly affect weather patterns world-wide, and b) HAARP can create explosions/detonations within the atmosphere & on the ground: if areas of the Ionosphere are held out into space, HAARP generates energy
which can then be re-directed towards Earth or a target in the sky. 2) Because of its unique beam, HAARP can produce holograms & other strange phenomenon in the sky! HAARP-technology is the cause of all of the 'Spirals' seen regularly since 2009.

3) HAARP can bounce mammoth radio-waves off of the Ionosphere & then onto the
ground below (like how a regular radio-station operates)- but these ELF waves pierce through solid rock, deep oceans, animals, and humans. The US Air Force's Alaskan HAARP purportedly does this so that the US military can stay in contact with its fleet of deep-sea nuclear submarines (a first capability for any country and one of HAARP's official purposes)- & no doubt that can give one an idea how huge these ELF waves are. But if even minor ELF waves can induce quakes upon fault-lines already under pressure, what can gargantuan waves do? and when tuned to the right frequency? As the evidence will show, minor ELF waves can indeed trigger quakes upon fault-lines, so all HAARP needs to do is bounce the right frequency.

But HAARP's ELF waves operate in the same range as human brain-waves, which range anywhere from 1-40 Hz (cycles per second). So, if one is in an Alpha State (7.83 Hz- relaxed), and HAARP is bouncing 30hz radio-waves down onto your townthen your brain will (because of a phenomenon known as 'Entrainment') copy that signal and slide up into a 'Beta State' (getting more excited/agitated). This is not mind-control in the Hollywood zombie-ish sense, but something more subtle & already scientifically established (& being used for some products sold today).

4 The Alaskan HAARP is not alone, though the biggest and most unique 'Ionospheric heater' in the world (as it can focus/modulate its beam), but there are other confirmed "Ionospheric heaters" in places like Russia ('Sura'), Norway, Australia (Pine Gap).

And of course, there are unconfirmed reports of other HAARP's in other countries, and alarmingly enough, Antarctica. The US military also has a portable HAARP.

In reality, despite the media and the UN telling us that humans are "causing Climate Change", all of these Ionospheric heaters world-wide are. They have the ability to be CLIMATE CHANGE MACHINES. The world-elites are in fact manipulating the climate with HAARP and dumping aluminum and barium into the skies- and even though we have those two solid facts, we still have uninformed people clamoring, "help stop global warming", "CO2 is bad". It is insane that most governments around the world are telling us that we're the ones causing 'Climate Change', when in fact, they are! 'The UN Weather Warfare Treaty' - 1976-1978': "CONVENTION

They were all spurred into action as many knew that Russia had new ELF-based technology that could change the weather, & were becoming very worried.

is from the US Air Force, so obviously propaganda, but telling as they openly admit that Ionospheric manipulation is the key to weather control. HAARP & Recent Killer Earthquakes?:

Just like with Haiti's Jan 12th 2010 super-quake, a couple of days before the March 11th 2011 quake that was to strike Japan, HAARP goes up to full power. It then beams 2.5 Hz for 2 days into the Ionosphere (the signature frequency of an earthquake; & it is a fact that the 1989 San Francisco quake was at 2.5 Hz)), & then goes off-line 10 hours after the quake hits Japan at 2:46pm l.t (and a series of minor quakes did follow the big one). We know this thanks to HAARP's 'magnetometer', made available on its website- as HAARP is seemingly run in unison with a few select U.S universities (the Air Force runs the show though). However, people began catching a correlation between high activity on HAARP's magnetometer and some specific quakes: starting in 2008 with China's; then in 2010 with Haiti's & Japan's in March of 2011. However, a few weeks after the huge Japan tsunami/quake, the HAARP public web-site went off-line for 3 weeks, and when it came back on, all past information showing suspicious activity on the magnetometer during key quakes had been deleted! The Alaskan facility was being ordered to cover its tracks, as too many people were starting to catch onto HAARP's modification activities. Actions that would place the U.S gov't in direct violation of the U.N's Weather Warfare Treaty.

Starting on Feb 28 2011, the US Navys HAARP Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX) platform was part of 'The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group', taking part in the Key Resolve/Foal Eagle military exercises off the South Korean coast. The Key Resolve part of the exercise ended on March 10th, 1 day before the quake struck.

But most importantly, as soon as the quake started, according to many witnesses (especially CNN correspondent Cecilia Lagos)- the sky was "changing into different colors". So it could not have been due to just "transformers blowing". Yes, earthquakes can and often do produce 'earthquake lights', but nevertheless, HAARP can also induce quakes that generate lights in the atmosphere. Haiti is also on the 72nd.

Evidence for the 2010 Haiti quake being HAARP-induced is overwhelming (Haiti is also on the 72nd Latitude with Chile). The devastating quake occurred on Tuesday Jan 12th 2010, but 2 days before, on Sunday Jan 10th, HAARP begins emitting huge amounts of power from its facility in Gakona, Alaska at 2.1 Hz (& we know this, again, because on their web-site people can view HAARP's daily "Induction Magnetometer", which measures disturbances within the Earth's magnetic field in the upper atmosphere, thus, when HAARP is beaming into & manipulating it). By Sunday evening, the Alaskan HAARP magnetometer was off the chart, & then onto Monday Jan 11th, same story, & Tuesday Jan 12th, still going, but then in the afternoon, 1 hour before the deadly quake was to hit at 4:53pm local time, the 2.1 Hz magnetometer goes to zero, & then stays that way for a week, with no activity at all.

25 Some might suggest that many natural quakes are sometimes accompanied by strange lights, and obviously that is plausible, as there is a connection between Ionospheric and seismic activity. However, if it is true that quakes are always preceded by these lights, then governments should have a reliable way to predict imminent quakes and be able to save the lives of millions. HAARP's Magnetometer & China's May 12th 2008 Quake:

According to HAARP's magnetometer, on May 9th HAARP starts beaming 1.7 Hz into the Ionosphere at incredible levels, continues for 2 days, and then on May 12th, it stops after the quake blasts Sichuan province. 'The Norway Spiral' - (December 9th 2009)

HAARP-Technology & Holograms/Sounds?

In this famous video here, taken on July 7th 2010 near Xiaoshan Airport in China, a strange object appears to float across the sky whilst leaving a billowing 'light-tail'. Many people saw it, and it apparently shut down the air-port for 4 hours. Most people have cried "UFO", and clearly the military would encourage that- and why? Obviously, they would far prefer the public to assume that it was a UFO rather than a hologram being beamed into the sky- and why? for if the public really got wind that various militaries have had the capability to create holograms with HAARP-based technologies for decades, then their greatest ace-card that they have been saving for last will have been trumped, 'Project Blue Beam' (on Wiki). The phenomenon seen over China's skies in 2010 has been aptly called a "worm-hole", and it is similar to the Spiral seen above Norway in December 2009, and other ones filmed around the world. HAARP can in fact create holograms in the sky, and even HAARP's former Project Manager, John Heckscher, admitted that on camera in 2005 (in 'HAARP: Holes in Heaven?')- when he said that "HAARP can paint a picture in the sky". Also in China in 1988, a similar 'Spiral' was seen in the sky, and in 2006, other 'spirals' and 'figures in the sky' were seen in China. They're all holograms. Worry not. On May 21st 2010, some kind of huge 'light-show' took place over the skies of Western Canada: one video showed a glowing object streaking through the sky, then exploding into a huge ball of light, which radiated outwards like a ripple upon a pond's surface. The video is amazing, & shows HAARP-technology at work, and not aliens. Watch it here; and here is another angle of that unbelievable event taken by a passenger in a commercial jet flying over Western B.C at 25,000 feet. Though many are saying "fakes", I doubt it: the video from the plane would be difficult to fake. On July 28th 2003, hundreds in the Okanagan saw an arch of light extend across the sky. 33 During FOX 10's March 8th 2012 "morning traffic report" in Phoenix, a mysterious 'flash' was caught on film (that 'flash' was likely due to HAARP-like technologies). Since 2011 & into 2012, around the world strange sounds & vibrations have been heard & felt: deep rumblings with metallic, alien sounding notes. Strikingly, the 'rumblings' cannot be earthquakes. But I found that his entire written statement was replete with errors, and I gleaned that from the horses mouth, by going to HAARP's inventor, Dr. Bernard Eastlund, and HAARPs former Project Manager, John Hecksher- who were in the documentary 'HAARP Holes in Heaven' (narrated by Martin Sheen). Both were interviewed on camera for quite some time in 2005, and both stated things that contradicted what Dr. Hoodbhoy was claiming in Nov 2010. I will examine 6 quotes of Dr. Hoodbhoy's, which all basically state that: 1) HAARP's power output cannot significantly change, modify or alter the Ionosphere, and 2) HAARP can in no way change the weather and start earthquakes by using "radio waves".

I Will First Summarize 6 Key Things He Said: #1: Dr. Hoodbhoy says that HAARP isn't a secret military
project:

"If HAARP is a secret military project conceived by evil and diabolical minds, it is
hard to see why visitors, including foreign nationals, are said to be allowed on site. The website says that the last open house was on July 17th 2010".

#2: Not only does he say that HAARP does not embody a secret
military project, but he writes that it doesn't even "appear to be a classified project":

"At least on the face of things, HAARP does not have the trappings of an American secret weapons facility. (Google Earth, which I used, blacks these out.) Readers will see a field of antennas, as well as some cars and two ordinary looking buildings. No
security barriers are visible. This does not appear to be a classified project".

#3: He says that 3.6 million watts being beamed into the
Ionosphere can only at most disrupt communications, but never change the weather (Jet-Stream) or create earthquakes:

#4: He again asserts that 3.6 million watts being beamed into the
Ionosphere has a "puny" effect, thus, weather change is impossible:

"Weather change simply cannot be caused by HAARPs radio waves. The effects of a
puny 3.6MW radio transmitter on the ionosphere can only be detected with sensitive instruments. Even these are almost completely washed out by a constant stream of charged particles from the sun that hit the earth during daytime. To see HAARPs effects would be like trying to see a candle a mile away in blazing sunlight".

#5: He claims that with today's technology it is impossible for

us to heat sizable portions of the Ionosphere, so therefore, we cannot change the weather (as that would require sizeable portions of the Ionosphere to be modified/altered/heated):

"Today, even the most powerful lasers and radios are millions of times weaker than
needed to heat sizeable portions of the ionosphere. (Of course, producing hotspots in tiny volumes anywhere is not a problem, but these have zero effect on the weather or earthquakes.) Perhaps in some future century a laser might be able to do this job ".

#6: Before he goes off into attacking a few of the scientists that
are famous 'HAARP-conspiracy advocates', he says that HAARP cannot be a "Super-Weapon", and if HAARP indeed constitutes one, then he will return all of his "physics degrees":

"Dr. Rahman says he is uncertain if HAARP could equal a nuclear weapon or

perhaps be even more destructive. But if it is actually the super-weapon that he alleges, then the laws of physics will have to be overturned. Let's go through those 6 quotes, which make up the main points of contention in his critical article, and then offer some counter links and quotes of our own (a lot will be via plasma physicist Dr. Bernard Eastlund (HAARP's inventor), and HAARP's former Project Manager in 2005, Dr. John Heckscher- from the HAARP documentary 'HAARP: Holes in Heaven?': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVMfzO94M0).

Quote #1 from Dr. Hoodbhoy:

Is HAARP a 'military project'? Yes, of course, for it is being run by the US Air Force, but is it "secret"? Yes and No. To explain, 'No': we have knowledge of its capabilities and power output because of the patents itself, as well as the fact that some universities help run it; but regarding, 'Yes': can we see HAARP beaming its energy up into the Ionosphere? Of course not, so in a way, it still is secret.

But most importantly, the US Air Force is running it, and their stated goal, via this well-known (but not too well-known) 1996 think-tank report is full control over the entire Earth's climate systems by 2025 (using technological means). Read the report here: "The

It shows that Ionospheric manipulation is the key to unlocking World-wide Weather Control:

So there we have it in writing in 1996 how the US Air Force could "Own the Weather" of the world by 2025, and by using the Ionosphere, and now the same outfit is running (since also 1996) the largest and most advanced Ionospheric heating facility in the world. But note that there is no mention of HAARP in that document! so don't be fooled by the 2025 date, for they started researching this 25 years ago, in 87. And how would one go about manipulating the Ionosphere? without detonating nukes? or dropping other objects into it? (like small copper needles- done in 1961 by the US Air Force)- simple: by using radio/micro-wave/HAARP-like technologies.

HAARP's Inventor, Dr. Bernard Eastlund (2005):

"Actually, after I had left the program in 87, one of the last communications that I

Dr. Hoodbhoy is a nuclear scientist, so obviously, stuff associated with his profession would be blacked out on Google Earth (a software program for the common man, not the CIA)- and wouldn't they be blacked out anyways? as they are 'terror targets'? But HAARP does not need to be blacked out, simply because it represents an advanced Silent Weapon System; and most do not even conceive of it as a weapon anyways, buying into the official story that it has "benign applications". It doesn't matter if HAARP looks quiet & isn't blacked out on Google, what matters is what it can do.

Quote #3 from Dr. Hoodbhoy:

Dr. Hoodbhoy says that 3.6 million watts is not much at all, so let's see if that is true, using quotes from other scientists- most notably, HAARP's inventor. Let's review what HAARP's beam does to the Ionosphere, & then back it all up with key quotes: 1) When molecules in atmospheric gases are radiated by these beams (or even naturally by the Sun's ionizing effects)- just 1 watt of energy radiating upon 1 square centimeter is enough to induce 'plasma motion', 2) since HAARP uses a phasedarray, its energy-output is even significantly more powerful than 3.6 million watts (it can actually beam up to a billion watts of energy since it can focus its beam into a smaller field, thus creating an "Effective Area"). This is where plasma physics come in, not nuclear, Dr. Hoodbhoy's specialty. Let's hear what Dr. Eastlund has said:

Those US geologists looking for oil used much smaller ELF waves than the ones that HAARP can bounce off of the Ionosphere- so the only question becomes: can HAARP bounce gargantuan ELF waves off of the Ionosphere? and onto the ground below? Of course! one of the official purposes of HAARP is that it will allow the US military to stay in contact with its fleet of deep-sea nuclear attack subs (which would be a 1st for any country). "Applications": 2 interesting things found in the 'Applications' section of the

'HAARP Official Executive Summary' was its desire to a) communicate with deepsea nuclear subs via huge ELF waves, and b) heat up portions of the Ionosphere):

deeply submerged submarines. A program to develop efficient ELF generation techniques is planned under the DOD Ionospheric enhancement program".

Quote #4 from Dr. Hoodbhoy:

effects of a puny 3.6MW radio transmitter on the ionosphere can only be detected with sensitive instruments. Even these are almost completely washed out by a constant stream of charged particles from the sun that hit the earth during daytime. To see HAARPs effects would be like trying to see a candle a mile away in blazing sunlight".

He is simply uninformed, and plasma physics is not his specialty. Who are we going to buy it from, him? or HAARP's inventor? plasma physicist, Dr. Bernard Eastlund? We've already seen, 1) how HAARP's beam radiates the Ionosphere, creating energy), 2) how its phased-array set-up creates a giga-watt beam by focusing into an "Effective Area", 3) how it can push the Ionosphere 80 km out into space (thus affecting the Jet-Stream below); and 4) via HAARP's Executive Summary, how HAARP can bounce massive ELF waves (big enough to penetrate the Earth's rocky interior & deep oceans) off of the Ionosphere and onto the Earth (& people) below.

In the July 2009 History Channel documentary on HAARP & Chem-trails, one scientist performed an experiment on camera whereby he lifted up clouds within a cloud chamber (simulated at being around 50,000 feet) just by beaming ELF waves up into them from underneath. Obviously, compared to HAARP's power-output, the amount of energy that he used was inconceivably smaller. There is no doubt that HAARP's powerful beams could easily mess with huge cloud-systems, but most importantly, by being able to push large areas of the sky up into space for a few hours or more, Earth's ultra-important Jet-Stream becomes altered (and that can wreck havoc upon global weather patterns: as seen in August 2010, when the Jet-Stream behaved in such a catastrophically strange way that even the experts were baffled). If Dr. Hoodbhoy's assertion is correct that today's generation of Ionospheric heaters can only have a "puny" effect upon the Ionosphere- then he should of written the UN about 34 years ago (probably when he was a student)- and told them not to have bothered with their not too-well-known-'Weather Warfare Treaty' (which explicitly mentioned that the Earth's weather could be manipulated with via new technologies). The 1976-78 Treaty did not state what countries had that capability, but no doubt, Russia's Ionospheric heater, built around 1974, was on everyone's mind. Soon after its completion, the world began to hear a mysterious radio-signal emanating from Russia, & it was dubbed "the Woodpecker" (picked up on HAM radios world-wide).

49 Dr. Hoodbhoy has stated that HAARP's power-output is puny, and will have minimal effects on the Ionosphere, and that only sensitive instruments could detect any of the changes that it is making/producing. But this is patently false when simply juxtaposed with all of the facts about HAARP's power & capability garnered from the US Air Force's 'HAARP Executive-Summary', & on-camera admissions from HAARP's inventor, Bernard Eastlund, & HAARP's former Project Manager, John Heckscher.

Quote #5 from Dr. Hoodbhoy:

"Today, even the most powerful lasers and radios are millions of times weaker
than needed to heat sizeable portions of the ionosphere. (Of course, producing hotspots in tiny volumes anywhere is not a problem, but these have zero effect on the weather or earthquakes.) Perhaps in some future century a laser might be able to do this job".
That is not true, and easily seen via all of the quotes & info that I have supplied so far (especially from HAARP's inventor, Dr. Bernard Eastland, and HAARP's 'Official Executive Summary'). HAARP can easily create "hot spots" large enough to disrupt weather below by lifting the Ionosphere 80 km out into space. Dr. Eastlund has also said that beaming HAARP at full power for only an hour and a half can create enough energy equal to a single hydrogen bomb. How can that amount of energy not have an "effect" of some sort if released or directed at the ground? We have already seen how HAARP can generate massive ELF waves that can pierce solid rock & the world's oceans, but crucially, how ELF waves can cause quakes on fault-lines under pressure.

Quote #6 from Dr. Hoodbhoy:

"Dr. Rahman says he is uncertain if HAARP could equal a nuclear weapon or
perhaps be even more destructive. But if it is actually the super-weapon that he alleges, then the laws of physics will have to be overturned. Physicists will have the sad task of unlearning all that they know and burning their useless books. With a heavy heart, I shall return all my physics degrees".

I guess he should hand in his physics degrees (or at least get a degree in plasma physics), not to mention, he should write to Russia's scientists and tell them that they are all crack-pots! (Russia indeed represents one of the most technologically advanced countries within the world, being the first to develop an Ionospheric heater in 1974).

In August 2002, the State Duma of Russia published a critical report on HAARP:

"the U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the nearEarth medium with high-frequency radio waves ..The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to fire arms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons". That report refutes Dr. Hoodbhoy! it specifically stresses that HAARP is indeed a next generation super-weapon, even more destructive than a nuclear bomb! HAARP got Russia so worried that they investigated it, and then published a report on it, and then presented those conclusions to Putin himself. Russia's scientists are not stupid; they know better than any other country what HAARP is capable of, & what manipulation of the Ionosphere can do.

In the last part of his article, after his scientific beef with HAARP-conspiracy contentions, Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy then he goes on to attack some scientists and HAARP promoters. But he only mentions 3 people, 1) Hugo Chavez, 2) Dr. Nick Begich (from Alaska, who has written the very successful HAARP book, 'Angels Don't Play This HAARP' (1995)), and 3) University of Ottawa's Economics Professor Emeritus, Dr. Michel Chossudovsky.

"Scientists sometimes disagree this is how scientific disputes are resolved. But it is
worth asking if at least some genuine scientists support Dr. Rahmans claims. He provides no examples. Instead, he quotes President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, who accused the US of causing the Haiti earthquake. While I admire Chavez for standing up to political bullying by the US, I am not sure he knows anything about plate tectonics. In fact, his claim caused seismologists to crack up with laughter. Dr. Rahman also quotes a 1999 committee of the European Union Parliament that called for HAARP to be examined by an international independent body. I do not know if any of the committee members were scientists. But 11 years later, the EU has not called for further investigation, nor alleged that HAARP has caused natural disasters. The good doctor enthusiastically endorses the statements of Dr. Nick Begich, one of HAARPs most vocal critics, and refers to him reverentially as a scientist. But Begichs website says that he obtained a doctorate in traditional medicine from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines in 1994. In other words Begich is not a scientist, but a homeopath who obtained a mail order degree. Yet another quoted authority is the arch conspiracy theorist, Michel Chossudovsky, a retired professor of economics in Ottawa. In Dr. Rahmans pantheon of experts, none has published a scientific paper in a reputable science journal that demonstrates a connection between Ionospheric physics and any weather or subterranean phenomenon. In short, Dr. Rahmans claims about HAARP are based on pseudo-science promoted by conspiracy theorists who blame America for all grief in the world. Once science loses its objectivity and becomes enslaved to any kind of ideology or political opinion, it becomes useless".

Chavez has his own advisors, his own military and scientific experts, so he is not
just some amateur making guesses in the classroom. He is the leader of a nation making allegations upon the international stage. In retrospect, he was correct: the evidence is conclusive that HAARP was beaming at full power at the same time that the quake struck Haiti; & the day before, the US Navy was running a massive exercise simulating a hurricane striking there. Hoodbhoy's assertions have been proven false: HAARP can induce earthquakes, and its Induction Magnetometer was active from Jan 10th to the 12th, and then went offline for a week- so it is all about, "why would they do that?". But the answer is clear, when one realizes how much oil, minerals, & gold Haiti is sitting on. It was a brilliant plan on occupying a country with a Silent Weapon. So what about Dr. Begich? The man who has basically written the 'HAARP Bible'? (1995). Dr. Hoodbhoy says that because his doctorate is in "applied medicine", he is therefore not a "real scientist ". But Begich is an expert in the body as an energetic system, and became interested in HAARP after wondering immediately what its emitted frequencies could possibly do to humans. He lives in Alaska, so HAARP is personal for him, and his brother is the Junior Senator there, and notably, his Dad was also the "US House Representative for Alaska" in the 1970s (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nick_Begich). But most crucially, why doesn't Dr. Pervez Hoodbhoy just attack Dr. Nick Begich's book? instead of his 'credentials'?

What about Dr. Chossudovsky? Dr. Hoodbhoy, the HAARP-critic, says that because he has never published his ideas in a scientific journal, he is also therefore, "false". Dr. Chossudovsky has been a pioneer amongst academia, trying to get the world awake to the New World Order, and aware that the 'War on Terror' is nothing more than a scam taken out of the playbook of Orwell's '1984'. He has written many papers critical of HAARP, which I listed previously, and here is his bio from his site www.globalresearch.ca (a great source of info, from scholars & independent writers).

But importantly, we have to ask ourselves, where did Dr. Chossudovsky get his ideas from? And Dr. Begich too? (and this can refute Dr. Hoodbhoy's attack against the both of them). Obviously, they got it from someone who knows what he is talking about; a crucial figure in the HAARP debate that Dr. Hoodbhoy has failed to mention.

Why not speak of Dr. Eastland?! the genius plasma-physicist who came up with the HAARP patent in 1987? He knows HAARP's capability better than anybody else!
