Further and in addition to the above, we understand that should we fail to comply with the with any other requirements or directive as the Council may give in accordance with any written law, the Council shall reserve the right to withdrar.v the approval for early commencement of works and require us to stop work with immediately effect and thenceforth the provisions of Section 8(1S) of the Buildings Ordinance 1994 and Paragraph 17 of Schedule A of the Building By-laws shall apply.
