Norm Roberts Injured

This email was received from Norm last Monday - please pray for the Lords ministry to him throughout his recovery.
Dear All, Gidday from the Alice Hospital. Sorry about the impersonal Email, but I know you will understand. On Sat arvo at Ali Curung with the Baulkam Hills Team, in the last moments of cleaning up the 'Burnt Out Donga', I cut 2cm off my left hand ring finger. I had surgery yesterday to tidy up the wound back to the first joint. Generally I am okay, but for some pain at times ... naturally so. Would you please pray that all will be okay to welcome the Torquay Baps Team on Friday 31st Aug for out bush in the following 10 days (a spectator on this trip). Pray that I will be infection free to be able to go back out bush etc. Thanks & our love for now...Norm for Norm & Karen R in the NT Outback

Please continue to pray for those with ongoing health needs - Stuart Oakley; Matthew Harris; Neil Mitchell; Colin Colston; Phillip Brown. Prayer support for the families of all these folk. Peter Berry - pray his hip surgery goes ahead tomorrow, best results and good recovery David & Ruth - safe travel each week to Portland and return Our Church Meeting today - the Lords guidance & blessing Norm Roberts - in Alice Springs hospital after injury (see note) Our Pastoral Search Committee Gods blessing on their search Monday Dallas & Mieke Walker Tuesday Vi Walker Wednesday Kimberley Westlake Thursday Mark & Alex Westlake Friday Paul & Jan Westlake Saturday Marie Wilson Sunday Murray & Mona Wilson
