The facts supporting this belief are as follows: Megan Boken was found dead inside her vehicle. She was shot two times in the chest and neck. Witnesses revealed they heard gun shots and observed an individual running from the scene of the shooting. Investigation into the shooting led to a cell phone that was connected to another robbery that occurred into the area.
