Sending Limits ? Found @ http://www.moneymakerdiscussion.com/forum/emailmarketing/42556-technical-side-mailing-sending-limits-smtpsmore.html Gmail: 100 emails per account, per message (this is why you need to use tokens), per 24 hours. More than this gets you a temporary block. Note: This is only when using external applications to send (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail Mascot etc). When using the web client, the email limit is increased to 500. Hotmail: 100 emails per account, per 24 hours. Important: The limit of sending with Hotmail accounts is strictly influenced by age of account. New accounts will almost always bring up captchas if you are using other applications to send through. However, once your account passes the 3-4 month mark, you will stop receiving captchas and should be able to send in excess of 100. One of my oldest Hotmail accounts (7 years) is able to send upwards of 1500 emails at once without getting hit by blockages (keep this in mind when buying accounts). On the other hand a new account, may only let you send 5 emails at a time before bringing up a captcha. Yahoo: No more than 100 emails or recipients per hour. It is also not uncommon for accounts to experience blockages pretty quickly. Comcast 1000 emails per day. It is also important to comment on how your IP influences sending. Typically if you are located somewhere in the indoasia and pacific areas, your IP may be shared between a number of people and may have been flagged by email providers. This particularly only matters when you send through an email client and even then you can use proxies. That's right proxies. From what I found if you double the sending limits, those become the 'max messages allowed to be sent from IP'. After this, your IP may get added to a blacklist, which will send

most of your mail to junk. This is why it is important to either operate a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or use legitimate Socks mailing supported proxies. Apart from your encrypting your network usage, they will also allow you to bypass the set sending limits. However, it's crucial that the proxies you use are reliable otherwise you will encounter two things. 1. Slow speeds and lots of failed messages. 2. Your emails hitting junk. Using a VPS or (Dedicated Server) A virtual private server ('VPS') has now become a nice way to send through, although it does have its pros and cons which I will discuss below. Pros No sending limits Full control over your sending Faster sending (depending on the quality of your server) Cons May fall into a spam trap once too many emails start originating from the IP A lower inbox percentage A little more timely to set up and configure correctly with a VPN. I know many people want to buy bullet proof servers, located god knows where for anonymity, but if you're just going to be sending your typical CPA offers and what not, then a regular server will be alright, as long as you keep it legal. Burst(dot)net Click here ! provide pretty decent servers (VPS servers). They will set everything up for me and are cheaper than the industry average. And, if you buy cPanel with your server, getting it ready for mailing is super simple. cPanel account home > email accounts > (add your account) > more info > configure email client (to find smtp details). This is the simple run down. Ultimately, it would be good to have a

different IP for each domain you have under your server. SMTP Details Gmail Hostname: smtp.gmail.com Port: 465 Authentication: SSL Hotmail Hostname: smtp.live.com Port: 587 or 25 Authentication: TLS Yahoo Hostname: smtp.mail.yahoo.com Port: 465 Authentication: SSL

Proxies That's right proxies. From what I found if you double the sending limits, those become the 'max messages allowed to be sent from IP'. Apart from your encrypting your network usage, they will also allow you to bypass the set sending limits. However, it's crucial that the proxies you use are reliable otherwise you will encounter two things. You have two options: a) VPN (Virtual Private Network) b) Individual proxies

vpn
A virtual private network is a third party application that works to encrypt your entire internet connection. It is easy to use and doesn't take much knowledge if you are just getting started. For a VPN, I recommend you use the Hide My Ass! Pro VPN Tunnel - VPN servers world-wide - it comes with 8000 IP's and allows you to autorotate them at a specified time. CLICK HERE FOR HMA When using individual proxies, make sure they are SMTP enabled and preferably either Socks 4 or Socks 5. This will make sure to keep you more anonymous. If they are not SMTP enabled they will not be compatible with sending emails. For individual proxies, I recommend you use the WorldWide Socks from ProxyList - Latest Worldwide Proxy List CLICK HERE FOR PROXY LIST

Headers Email headers are the 'behind the scenes' information that come attached to an email. Some of them you may recognize, some you might not. Here are a few. At times using the right headers may help you bypass spam filters. Name To Subject From Date CC (Carbon Copy) BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) Reply-To Priority - This can be used to influence speed and delivery and also to draw attention to the email in your recipient's email client X-Mailer - What email client created the email (e.g. Mail Mascot, Outlook, Gmail etc) DomainKey Signature - Getting registered with DomainKeys is great for your inboxing. It tells your recipient's email client, what email provider has sent out the email. Typically, email providers that are given a DomainKeys Signature are considered reliable. X-MS-Has-Attach - Identifies whether or not the email has an attachment present. X-Accept-Language - Tells the server which language to use in a reply Content-Type - Explains how to view the email, and which format it is (e.g. text, HTML, audio etc) X-Originating-IP - The IP address of the computer that sent the email X-Spam Score - How likely is it that this email is spam. The higher the number, the more likely it is spam and the more likely it will be placed in the junk folder.

MY METHOD:
I invested in a vps from burst(dot)net CLICK HERE ! What package you buy is up to you and your bank manager ! Buy the best one you can afford ! The better the package The more emails you can send per hour/day. You also need additional ips again buy as many as your bank roll allows. you also need a domain name for your vps CLICK HERE ! You need to fill out a form when requesting more ip addresses heres an example of how to fill it out. 1) hosting(dot)your-domain(dot)com - IP based hosting 2) mail(dot)your-domain(dot)com - backup mail exchanger 3) mx2(dot)your-domain(dot)com - another mail server 4) dns1(dot)your-domain(dot)com - name server 5) dns2(dot)your-domain(dot)com - name server 6) your-domain(dot)com - SSL/eCommerce website 7) m(dot)your-domain(dot)com - mobile website 8) your-domain(dot)com - another eCommerce SSL website 9) red5(dot)your-domain(dot)com - streaming server 10) hosting2(dot)your-domain(dot)com - IP based web host 11) hosting3(dot)your-domain(dot)com - IP based web host 12)hosting4(dot)your-domain(dot)com - IP based web host 13)mrtg(dot)your-domain(dot)com - bandwidth monitoring

A basic no frills package with 15 ip addresses allowing you to send 40,000 emails a day will set you back no more than $15 usd a month. You do not need to order any extras like c panel or any other hosting panels. I throttle my email sending rate to 1500 an hour 25,000 a day, I find I stay under radars that way. You could go for a 5 star package with 1,000 extra ips if you can afford it, but its like owning a porsche just because it can do 300km an hour would you drive around town at 300km an hour ? Slow and steady to begin with as you need to build up some IP reputation . Ok now you have your vps now what ? You need to select and install a mass email sender. I use interspire Email marketer. It is by far the best program for the job out there. Its very expensive around $500 again if you can afford it buy a legitimate copy Here ! I do not condone piracy, If you intend to use this program on a regular basis I urge you to buy it !. There is a vast array of bulk email senders out there its down to personal choice which one to use.

Installing your mass email program and setting up vps !

If you already know about the inner workings and set up of a vps, this section is not for you. If like me you know little to none then read on. Fiverr is your friend ! Goto fiverr.com for those not familiar with fiverr its a site that allows ppl to advertise jobs (gigs) that cost $5, now don't get too excited as its gonna cost you a bit more than $5 to get your new vps set up and tweaked.

Run a search on email servers I could find 4 gigs matching my request. Each gig asks for you to msg the person to discuss your needs. This is their way of saying this gig is gonna cost more than $5. Through my own research I worked out the average cost to be around $50 for a delux (tweaked) install and $15 - $20 for a bare bones no frills install. My advice is go for the delux install. Barter with your choice of installer to get the best price. It should take no more than a couple of hours to set up and install your mass emailing vps and your good to go. So the 1st month the vps is going to cost you $65 that's $10 for the vps, $5 for extra ips and $50 set up and tweaking fee. All months after the 1st are costing $15 a month.

Spam trap list

A spam trap list is sort of like a anti virus program for your emails. Its a list of email addresses set up by companys/bitter individuals to try and catch you out ! If your email ends up in a spam trap, its basically game over your emails are going into the spam folder CLICK HERE ! For a spam trap list, this list has over 2million spam trap emails. Set this up in your mass email client and you will not be able to email to any of the addresses by mistake

D I Y Method !
If you like to get your hands dirty and you prefer the Do It Yourself method, then I found the following guides to installing your own smpt vps server. How to install smpt on vps click here ! This guide is from 2007 but it outlines what steps you need to take and tbh vps cores have not changed an awful lot. Another useful guide click here ! And if your really stuck go here for advice CLICK HERE ! Thanks for reading Mittie
