Business StructureWe follow divisional structure of business which will include the strategic business units. We will have two SBUs namely mobile restaurant department and tiffin service department. This will ensure us a better co-ordination and management of our business.

Business ConceptThe basic aim of our service is to provide healthy, hygienic, tasty food on time. Our target market will be student population because Kharghar is mainly dominated by students. We have chosen this concept because students being away from home desire food that is similar to that of home cooked food. Our Product : Food served: a) Mobile restaurant: 1) Fast food 2) Chinese 3) Chat 4) Beverages b) Tiffin service : 1) North Indian 2) South Indian

Business Process Since our business focuses on serving food through mobile vans and tiffin services, we will have a stationery office which will be our head office. It will help us fesilitate personal dealings with customers. Also we will store our stock of food, raw materials, cutlery, vegetables at our head office. It will have a kitchen where all the foods will be prepared. Our tiffin service will serve peoples during dinner hours which starting from 7:00pm and we will take last order till 11pm. On Sundays there will be special tiffin service which will be open to our customers for the whole day i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner starting from 9am. We will serve non-veg food on 3 days of the week, which are Saturday, Sunday Our mobile restaurant will operate in shifts during lunch hours which will be from 12pm to 3pm and our evening hours will be from 6pm to 9pm because our target is to be there, when they are hungry the most.

(c) Will also facilitate our customers with sanitizer. (d) Will follow eco-friendly practices and we will use disposable items for serving. (e) We will not litter and keep our surrounding clean.
