Kinser: With this letter, I hereby request for your immediate resignation as our Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Virginia. You and your peers have lost immunity. As Chief Justice you did not follow the law, i.e., you are a trespasser of the law, you have lost subject-matter jurisdiction and your orders should be void, of no legal force or effect. The U.S. Supreme Court, in Scheuer v. Rhodes, 416 U.S. 232, 94 S. Ct 1683 (1974) stated that when a state officer acts under a state law in a manner violative of the Federal Constitution, he comes into his official or representative character and is subjected in his person to the consequences of his individual conduct. The State has no power to impart to him any immunity from responsibility to the supreme authority of the United States. It is illegal to rule by Cronyism and Favoritism, The Supreme Court must rule by the Law and Rules of the Supreme Court. Your criminal actions have been intentionally, willfully, wantonly, and maliciously in collusion to protect the Old Boys Network and other Virginia State employees. By denying 1) my Appeal, 2) Reconsideration of Appeal, 3) Motion on the law used to deny my appeal, 4) you then knowingly assigned a corrupt Judge to delay and deny my appearance in front of the Grand Jury to ask for a Special Grand Jury to investigate the criminal actions in the City of Alexandria and the judicial system in Virginia. You as the Chief Justice has sent a very strong message to the Judicial Community in Virginia You do not have to follow the Law or the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia - I will protect you and deny any actions that will prevent you from protecting the Old Boy Network You have not done this once (1) but, in my case Five (5) times when you take in consideration - 5) your ignoring my argument in front of the Supreme Court. Your blatant abusive regard to the United States of American Constitution, Virginia Constitution, Civil Rights, Political and Religious rights of me and my girls, should be punished. You have ignored all evidence and your actions, against me have been egregious and vicious so you could protect the Old Boy Network. Virginia is rated 47 & 49 in two different independent studies in regard to corruption out of the 50 States. The State and the Judicial System has no statewide ethics commission, to enforce the Laws & Rules. Judges are hand-picked by part-time legislators whom many of them practice law with. The coziness, the cronyism and favoritism you and your peers have demonstrated has to be stopped now. Families should never have to experience the judicial violation that has happened to me and my girls. You have the responsibility of doing the right thing - peoples lives rest in your decisions, and you are making these decisions by cronyism and favoritism, not by the Laws and Rules. Your criminal actions of violating your - Oath of Office, - the Constitution of the United States of America, - the Virginia Constitution, - the Cannons of Judicial conduct for the State of Virginia, - and The Virginia State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct, - you have supported the violation of my Religious, Political, Civil, United States Constitution, Virginia Constitutional rights - I request you immediately step down as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia. That a formal investigation to review all of yours and others actions in my case, and other cases where in your prior decisions the law and rules were ignored, an independent committee needs to be immediately appointed.
