After the first cold press, the olives are not filtered, allowing the robust flavor and aroma of the Mediterranean olives to be enhanced. Whith the elimination of thefiltration process, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil retains a small amount of sediment from the Calabrian Olive. This sediment enhances the original characteristics of the olive and tastes great as a seasing an raw dishes and also salad.
