Background

CITE offering students innovative, professional and personalized academics programme has been focusing on the ability of the learners to engage in creative, analytical and critical reasoning. CITE till today has been offering professionals programme on IT, Management and Engineering .Nearly about 300 staffs directly or indirectly are related with this institution. Being affiliated with Purwanchal University since a decade its product has been already in market. The past trends of CIT can be seen as glorious days due to the high achievement made by the students at national and international level. It has been offering students with 5 undergraduate degrees at different faculties including BE Computer, BE Electronics and Communication, BIT, BBA and BCA. Similarly as a future target it has proposed its programme as BE Civil, BLAS, MIT, BBI and MBA.

Statement of Problem

Its been almost a decade of establishment of CIT. The first batch of BBA has been in market and many are underway. The admission in CIT for BBA is growing each year and enrollment in BBA is growing faster and much better than other faculties. Looking at these past trends students enrollment in BBA is seen because of three things: BBA is much affordable and students of other streams can also join. BBA candidates can have jobs at Banks, which is growing as a prestigious job. The demand for BBA in market is growing. But is it true that students are just enrolling themselves in BBA just hearing these words or is it really that they have a clear perception of their career and enrolling themselves, there is a dilemma. Most of the students are found giving up their study later at other semester as due to lack of clear perception. So a clear study is needed.
