I the undersigned notifies you of the following:
California constitution (1849) Article 1, section 9:

liberty of speech or of the press. In all criminal prosecutions on indictments for libels, the truth
may be given in evidence to the jury; and if it shall appear to the jury that the matter charged as
libellous is true, and was published with good motives and for justifiable ends, the party shall

You as ajudicial department employee is my representative as set forth in 10. Section 9 states that "no law shall

What the above means is the following:
Though laws may restrain you from presenting publishing and distributing certain information that I may demand,
no law prevents you from delivering me the information so ordered.
I. Production of certain Certifications
A. Instructions.
You or your deputy are to write send and deliver to me (see address below) three statements in a document
that shall be issued and certified by you within ten days, certifying that such is true:
1. You are to certify in writing that of the following occurred and deliver said certifications to me within
ten (10) days:
A. The Grand Jury met in June A.D. 2011.
B. The Grand Jury voted to Indict SEAN MICHAEL PARK., case numbered 11 CR 5297 JLS.
C. The Grand Jury Foreman including the United States Attorney returned the Indictment ofSEAN
MICHAEL PARK., case number 11 CR 5297 JLS to the Clerk of court or a Judicial Officer in
open court.
D. The person, corporate officer, artificial entity name SEAN MICHAEL PARK. is the same as
the man Sean Michael Park.

E. The Grand Jury issued subpoenas, warrants, and summons in this matter and specify the
Instrument any all persons who were served a subpoena, warrant or summons and the person so
issuing the same.
F. Certify that any all other person where a subpoena, warrant or summons was issued by non Grand
Jury personnel, specifying the instrument so issued, served including the name of the person(s) so
served.
II. Supplemental Orders:
1. Certify a copy of the Grand Jury Information or Indictment numbered 11 CR 5297 JLS, or any other
charging instrument or order and deliver the same to me within ten days,.
2. Submit a certified copy of the Grand Jury Concurrence form wherein each member of the grand jury
placed his signature as to the Infonnation or Indictment and deliver the same to me within ten days.
3. Submit a certified copy of the pole that was taken by the Grand Jury as to any Information or Indictment
that pertains to the alleged Indictment numbered 11 CR 5297 JLS or SEAN MICHAEL PARK, and
deliver the same to me within ten days.
4. Submit a certified copy of the UNITED STATES ATTORNEY'S certification as to Indictment No. 11
CR 5297 JLS, and deliver the same to me within ten days.
5. Submit a certified copy of the Docket for February 9
th
A.D. 2012.
6. Submit certified copies of all warrants, subpeonas, summons issued in this matter by the GrandJury.
7. Submit certified copies of any of any other warrant, subpoena, summons that was issued by non-Grand
Jury persons in this matter.
