By purchasing a ticket and attending Americas Family Pet Expo as a guest or a vendor at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center, Produced by WPA, I agree to the following: 1. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, AMERICAS FAMILY PET EXPO (AFPE) , WORLD PET ASSOCIATION (WPA) (PRODUCER), STATE OF WASHINGTON, PUYALLUP FAIR & EVENTS CENTER AND ITS AGENTS ASSOCIATED WITH AMERICAS FAMILY PET EXPO (EXPO), ALL SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY, INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, PERSONAL LIABILITY, OR CLAIMS OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSES THAT MAY OCCUR OR RELATING TO THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDING WITHIN THE EXPO. THE EXPO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY SUSTAINED BY EXHIBITORS, PATRONS, ANIMALS OR GUESTS. 2. While attending the expo with my animal(s) and should any injury occur to any person, other animal or property as a result of the behavior of my animal(s) at the expo, whether expected or unexpected, regardless of the stimulus for the behavior (i.e., animals spontaneous conduct, the conduct of another animal, the conduct of any person or thing, or a combination of any of these), I WILL BE SOLELY LIABLE AND BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES) AND THAT I WILL INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, PROTECT AND DEFEND THE AMERICAS FAMILY PET EXPO (EXPO) , WPA (PRODUCER), PUYALLUP FAIR & EVENTS CENTER AND ITS AGENTS ASSOCIATED WITH AMERICAS FAMILY PET EXPO (EXPO), ALL SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND VOLUNTEERS, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGES FROM ANY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS, CLAIM, OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THE BEHAVIOR OF MY ANIMAL. 3. To report any and all such injuries immediately to the Americas Family Pet Expo Management. 4. That in bringing my animal/pet into the Expo I understand that I am doing so at my sole risk, cost and expense and any harm that comes to the animal shall be solely my responsibility. 5. I will be solely responsible for cleaning up any messes made by my animal/pet. 6. That my animal/pet is healthy, free from parasites & has all core and noncore shots including rabies, distemper, bordatella, etc. 7. Admittance of my animal/pet is at the discretion of AFPE Expo Staff. My animal is not of an aggressive nature and should my animal/pet act in any way considered by Expo Staff to be aggressive or dangerous I will leave the Expo and will not be entitled to any refund. 8. Dogs that have been cited by Washington statue or applicable state statues as dangerous and/or vicious are prohibited from entry into the Expo. 9. I am an adult, 18 years or older. Please complete information below, in its entirety and bring this to the Expo with your pet. This form will be required to be dropped off at the entrance to the Expo. This must be complete or you will not gain admittance.
