RE: Vaccination Exemption for Dear: State law now requires all students entering the 7th through

12th grades in the 2011-2012 school year to have proof of a Tdap booster shot given on or after their 7th birthday. The law includes current, new and transfer students in public and private schools. Beginning July 1, 2012, and beyond, all students entering the 7th grade will need proof of a Tdap booster shot before starting school. This letter is to serve as an affidavit, stating that vaccinations are contrary to what I believe is healthy for my child, . Health & Safety Code Section120365 states that, it is my legal right to decline such vaccinations for my child. As parent & guardian of CHILD, I am writing to request an exemption from the XYZ SCHOOLD DISTRICT immunization requirements. This is based upon my philosophical objections to the practice of immunizations at this age. I am claiming this exemption for CHILD in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 120365, which reads as follows: IMMUNIZATION OF A PERSON SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION to a school or other institution listed in Section 120335 if the parent or guardian or adult who has assumed responsibility for his or her care and custody in the case of a minor, or the person seeking admission if an emancipated minor, files with the governing authority A LETTER OR AFFIDAVIT STATING THAT THE IMMUNIZATION IS CONTRARY TO HIS OR HER BELIEFS. This letter serves as my formal request to XYZ SCHOOL DISTRICT that the required immunizations for be waived because this medical practice is contrary to my beliefs. I, , as the parent of am exercising my rights under the First Amendment of the US Constitution, California Health & Safety Code Section 120365, and California Health and Safety Code 121475 (b) to receive Religious Exemption from Vaccination. Applicable law has been interpreted to mean that a religious belief is subject to protection even though no religious group espouses such beliefs or the fact that the religious group to which the individual professes to belong may not advocate or require such belief. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended Nov. 1, 1980; Part 1605.1Guidelines on Discrimination Because of Religion. Our legal rights are guaranteed by the free exercise clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Recent court decisions have upheld the rights of individuals seeking exemptions from immunizations based upon personal and religious reasons. On the U.S. Supreme Court level in Frazee V. Illinois Dept. of Security, 489 U.S. 829, it was found that a state may not deny an exemption simply because a person is not a member of a formal religious organization. I affirm that vaccination & injections of any foreign substances and proteins conflict with my sincere religious beliefs as stated above. Therefore, I request that you accommodate my personal religious beliefs and practices by exempting my child from any vaccinations, injections and testing of any kind. Rest assured that my family and I do practice a form of immunization that keeps our immune systems healthy and strong. No adequate scientific study has ever proved that vaccines give a net benefit to the recipients. For certain diseases it is beyond controversy that UNVACCINATED children have a considerable advantage over their vaccinated counterparts. Many factors have been considered in reaching the decision that my child's best interest will be served by refusing the vaccine that is required for school admission. suffers from dental fluorosis because of drinking municipal tap water contaminated with fluoride. In January 2011, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HSS) recommended a lowering of the level of fluoride added to drinking water from a range of 0.7-1.2 ppm to 0.7 ppm in drinking water fluoridation programs. Sulfuryl fluoride is currently registered for the control of insect pests in stored grains, dried fruits, tree nuts, coffee and cocoa beans, and for use in food handling and processing facilities. Although sulfuryl fluoride residues in food contribute only a very small portion of total exposure to fluoride, when combined with other fluoride exposure pathways, including drinking water and toothpaste, EPA has concluded that the tolerance (legal residue limits on food) no longer meets the safety standard under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the tolerances for sulfuryl fluoride should be withdrawn. I was told by my physician and Government to take fluoride tablets during pregnancy and to continue giving the tablets to my children until the age of two years, for each of my three children. I did not know at that time, that what I was taking and giving to my children was also used to KILL RATS and rodents. It is my sincere held belief that I need to protect myself and my family from my Government because the Constitutional protections provided in the system of "Checks & Balances" has been deeply eroded by the Federal centralization of unconstitutional powers, the private Federal Reserve monetary system, Global Corporate & Banking financed corruption causing the United States & State Government to abandon its duty to preserve and protect the U.S. Constitution, the best interests of the Nation and its citizenry.
