Offers submitted without Digitally signature will not be accepted. Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case. Submission of Tender Fees, Bid Security and other Documents: Tender Fee: Rs. 3600/- (Rupees Three thousand Six Hundred only) by Demand Draft in favour of Chief officer Municipality Dhanera, payable at Dhanera from any Nationalized /Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. Demand Draft issued after the last date of submission of Bids will not be considered or accepted. Bid Security i.e. EMD: Rs. 132500/- (Rupees One lakhs Thirty two thousand five hundred Only ) in the form of DD/FDR in favour of Chief officer Municipality Dhanera from any Nationalized /Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank or valid E.M.D. exemption certificate issued by competent authority shall be valid up to 180 Days. DD / FDR issued after the last date of submission of tender will not be considered as valid or accepted in any case. Other Documents required to be submitted: a. Registration of C Class & Above b. Bank Solvency of Current Year

Demand Draft for E.M.D. & Tender fee shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line {By scanning} while uploading the bid. The submission shall be mean that E.M.D. & tender fee are received. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened, whose E.M.D. & Tender fee is received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send the D.D. in original to Chief officer at time of tender opening or send the same through R.P.A.D. so as to reach Chief officer Municipality Dhanera 16/02/2012 to 18/02/2012 upto 16:00 Hrs. Paneltative action for not submitting D.D. in original to Chief officer Municipality Dhanera by bidder shall be initiated. D.D. for exemption certificate is not necessary. Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online {By scanning etc.}& hard copy will not be accepted separately.

Bidder has to submit the documents as said in 5.4 above and no other condition in any form shall be considered at all, at the time of evaluation of the tender i.e. the bidder shall have to submit unconditional offer without differing from any of the tender condition.
