These Seven Persons shall be appointed for 3 years terms as required to set
the annual event planning under the guidelines

Drink will be on sale at bar
Fund raised will be donated to Mon Language and Cultural
Committee (Central) in Mon State for the purpose of improving Mon
National school and other cultural programs

November: Completion of Media and promotional advertisement

Food and refreshment (under the instruction of Cook/ Chef)

Shared the Benefits:
After return the premium from Mon Office for $2510.00, the rest of 60% for
Mon Language and Cultural School and 40% for Scholarship to Mon Students
who are at Post Graduate Studies in Thailand University
Note: Major Fundraising Event shall be held each year in November for Mon
Education Fund. All Funds will be donated as One-Off until a prober fund is
invested in the Bank.
Requirement for Presentation
- 3 5 minute DVD message from Head of Mon National School from Mon
State
- 3-5 minute DVD message from Chairman of Mon Language and Cultural
Committee (Central) from Mon State
- 1-2 page of summary report of Mon National School from Head Teacher
or Secretary of Mon National Education Committee (MNDC / NMSP)
- 1-2 page of Future Plan or Operational Plan by duty officer from Mon
Language and Cultural Committee

Role and Duty Statement:
Event Manager design and develop duty statement for all members of the
team after the appointment of the person.
Formal letter of appointment will be printed and signed by President in due
acceptance of the appointment
Full tentative operational plan will be submitted to Board Members by end of
September 2012
Event Team Member holds first meeting in first week of October for final
planning
Public information and printed ticket will be distributed by mid October 2012
Further project plan and event management plan will be amended by Event
Manager in due time after consultation with all team members.

Channaibnaya, Mon Office Manager by 20 August for final print of the
document to table at next Board Meeting. I will invite Event Planning Meeting
upon received your expression of interest from members and supporters for
each duty and role.

Note:
If we only can collect $ 1500- $ 2000 from Fundraising dinner, I wish not to
hold the event because it is not worth it after hours of planning, organising and
cooking with little return after the premium cost.
